Go to CVS instead! Made appointment for a booster
Made appointment for a booster. Sat for 1 hr and 15 minutes. Just left. Go to CVS! They are way above Walgreens. It took me 10-15 minutes tops and everyone friendly

I have spoken to 3 people that were not in the store that I called. Each time they tried to connect me with the store, I kept getting a recording that the correct number for the store was the same number that I dialed. They said press 1 to speak to the store then nothing, disconnected. Then I was told that they did not get the prescription that was faxed in 2 weeks ago. When I asked the girl how she could be sure, she said because I dont show it on my computer. When I told her they cant even get the phone system right so how do I know it was lost at the store she was dumbfounded. I guess Walgreens really dont give a good CRAP about their customers anymore. Sounds like CVS will be in my future. ADIOS Walgreens.

Central Point, Oregon. Staff short and overworked. Weeks late in filling Rxs that are critical. 1.5 hr wait when calling my phone. 45 min or longer when going to through drive through. Website dysfunctional and always screws up. Now Walgreens are buying out some local pharmacies. Offered existing staff positions with a huge pay cut. Corporate gluttony at its finest. We transferred to a local private owned pharmacy and praying for their safety. Stay away from Walgreed!

I waited almost two weeks for order just to be told that it is not coming and then they supposedly sent a replacement order, and that never came either so after almost a month of waiting finally get issued a refund. Another time try to order for pickup and the order was canceled an hour later for no reason whatsoever

It is pathetic the way large chain establishments come into a community & take everything from it and never give anything back. Walgreens refuses to do the "Bare Minimum": keep their store clean and conducive to a great shopping experience for the consumers whom patronize their establishments. I'm sick and tired of these companies refusing to respect the communities that they serve. We Deserve Better. This store LOCATION makes TOO MUCH $$ in this community to not put money back into the store, and keep it appealing to the consumer's who keep the doors open. THE CONDITION OF THIS STORE IS APPALLING AND A SLAP IN THE FACE TO US; THE CONSUMERS. AS INDIVIDUALS, WE MUST DEMAND BETTER FOR OUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND COMMUNITY. Dirty floors, empty shelves, trash in parking lot, trees and shrubbery unkept and front entrance doors filthy dirty. We don't live like this, so why should we allow the establishment that is taking so much money out of the community to display our community like this? Be Careful Of What You Tolerate, Because It Teaches People, How To Treat You!!!!!!!!! Demand Better!

For the Clarksville, TN store. The wait time is ridiculous. It doesn't matter if you use the drive-thru or walk into the store. In fact, one of the lanes is closed & it's been closed close to a week now. I wish the Rite-Aid was still open.

Once again I am up most of the night because Walgreens did not fill an Rx they have had for around a week. This is routine They are constantly understaffed at every store especially in the pharmacy and it shows in their shoddy service. in Louisiana I had to write to.a regional office because half of my Xanax Rx was stolen. The script called for 60 low=dose pills a month. The vial was marked 60 but contained only 30 pills. This happened at least 4 times in a 7 month period. They have been out of the insulin product my doctor prescribes 4 times in the last 8 month period. They never seem to actually know when the out of stock meds will be back in stock. Last year I brought the script early foolishly hoping they would fill it on time. They set it aside and in some disorganized manner that resulted in their not putting it back into system until 10 days after it was eligible for refill. This happens repeatedly with all types of meds. Again last week I brought them new scripst for refills from my doctor around 2 days early figuring they would be able to fill it on time. Once again They remained in their system unfilled. One was removed from their system or at least did not show up as an order in their app. The web site showed it ordered, then not, then ordered again. The staff, the app and the web site never seem to agree on status of prescriptions. Thirty one days after last months fill date one Rx was still not showing as an order online. on the thirty second day I received a message matching the one from three days earlier that they had "received the order". At thirty four days it is still waiting for a pharmacist to review the Rx. Status went from received last Tuesday, to delayed because of "insurance issue" message I received 6 hours after staff told me it would be ready in 45 minutes. This happens almost every time. Then at thirty days after last pick-up the status changed to "being reviewed"... then "in progress"this time with a price based on insurance company's info. Then it went back to "insurance issue with the price not available, then to being checked by pharmacist again...still not ready. I guess Sundays are even more poorly staffed than other days of the week. One of the many times I complained about this the employee at the pharmacy pickup/drop-off, (poorly organized, single counter where one must stand inches away from other patients...I mean customers...from whom one had to keep an appropriate 6 foot distance while on line.) The mean-spirited, ungrammatical employee told me to produce the dozens of text messages I had received from them over the year with the various excuses and status changes mentioned above. I've been sticking with them over the years because there was a time when service was within normal parameters...it got slowly worse over time and is still descending...so that all my medication and inoculation data would be in one place. They could not successfully produce vaccination records in their New Orleans stores when needed around 10 yers ago. The aggravation and wasted time can not have been good for my health over the years.

I would put a negative 10 if possible. Walgreen’s in Gallatin, TN had their drive-thru closed. I’m immunocompromised and have at risk elderly parents in my home. I was forced to have to go inside to pickup critical medication during a pandemic with multiple people in the store not wearing masks. This is absolutely ridiculous that you would endanger the lives of your customers.
