Kim is the head pharmacist and is awful! She refused to even send the request to my doctor for seizures. I ran out of my meds three days ago. She refused to give me her board cert number which makes it impossible to let the board know of her disgusting lack of professionalism.

My five year old and i walked into Walgreens on 14 th and University i had left my phone at home and asked the very disheveled 'manager' to borrow the phone to hail a cab. As she slid the phone within reach i asked if she happened to have the number handy. NO....... Ok? So as she looked at me disoriented i asked to borrow a phone book. Without moving looked around as though one was going to appear in mid air. At this point i realized this was NOT a kind human. None the less i asked if perhaps the internet would come in handy. The answer i got was WE HAVE NO PUBLIC INTERNET. AT that moment my little girl was learning a sad reality of what our world has become. In an effort to play the bigger person i asked for the manager. When she claimed to be the manager I in fact simply said 'THAT is most unfortunate.' And walked to the cashier, stood in line, and once my turn i asked the girl behind the counter if she may have a phonebook or the number for a cab. It was taped to the wall. I was definitely grateful for that preparedness. As she was kind enough to jot it down i was very clear about my interpretation of this 'manager' when i loudly stated 'ur manager has no clue how to use the internet'. In no way was it anything but a loud set of words. And as suspected she was hiding behind a shelf and claimed she knew how to use the internet. Hmmmmm..... and that if i was going to talk like that i needed to leave. Then i asked 'Talk like what?' She continue to inform me if i did not leave she was going to call the cops. Smh i KNOW FOR A FACT walgreens has struggled to find a good manager for that specific location. And i am sorry to say WALGREENS..... NEXT! This woman visually was a sad representation of what im sure ur truely wanting to achieve. To have a lady walk in with her little girl who is needing a little assistance. And to be so FING LAZY and really NOT want to help. Let alone not even know the number was on a wall. No care. None. And then i had no right to be confused by her behavior and want to call the police?? Perhaps she is racist. Could that be Walgreens? Idk. Im baffled at how something so simple on such a beautiful day turned out out to ruin this 'managers' day. As sad as i was to think this woman is so miserable in life she chose to be snarkie, lazy, and so terribly unwilling to practice customer service skills. Then again Walgreens has struggled so much with hiring options they took what they could get. Walgreens if i didnt already know how little u pay ur employees id gladly go in and take that unfortunate humans job. Im more then qualified. But my faith in humanity did not fail me i was able to borrow the phone at Dunkin donuts. It was a young lady who not only valued her appearance as a store representative but was valued for her fellowship. And yes i pulled my perscriprions and went a few doors down to medicap. Ten years with walgreens i pray whatever is going on in this woman's life will not continue to tear her down too much further. Its costing Walgreens money and only permeates a negative vibe for everyone. Good luck Walgreens and lets hope the next one is more customer oriented.

I give Walgreens an one for experience, they call me,to tell me two weeks in an advance to let me no that my medicine is ready,and every time I go it never is, or one is always missing, it is very important that I have my medicine since it is for my heart and blood pressure, and also I live about 15 mins away from them, so when they tell me to come back in an hour,makes no sense.I am really looking to switch to another Pharmacy that actually care about your time and the importance of you having your medicine.ON TIME!!!!!!!!

I would give Walgreens in Antigo a 0 if it were allowed. The two pharmacists that I spoke to on two separate days, trying to find an answer to a simple question, were rude and abrupt. They were both completely unprofessional. The one I spoke to in person had on a dirty shirt which does not show pride in her job. It was filthy. She is working in the public eye and representing Walgreens. They were not helpful, and they were disrespectful. I will not be using Walgreens in Antigo or anywhere again. There are other places that people can spend their money and not be treated so rudely. I will spread the word.

I will not go to my local Walgreens anymore and not because they've done anything wrong but because of my experience with walgreens.com. they say they offer the rapid test and I spent 10 minutes while sick entering all my information which Walgreens now has only to find out my nearest rapid test available Walgreens is in a different state!!! This should have been information available before I put all my personal data on walgreens.com. that was uncalled for and I'm done with them.

Very disappointed with my experience with Walgreens on Raab Road, Normal, IL. Yesterday, I checked their website and found that I was able to get an appointment for a Booster for the Moderna vaccine. I filled out all the paperwork stating that i had received injections 1&2 and now needed the Booster. My husband filled out the same paperwork. We drove about ten miles to this store for our appointments and after standing in line were greeted by a very rude Pharmacist stating that they did not give Moderna Boosters!! I showed him my confirmation which stated I had a 9:50 appointment for a Moderna Booster and he said WE DON't give them. I asked, why did you assign me this appointment and he said the website must have a problem and he would alert someone. There was never an apology or any I'm so sorry this happened. He just continued to be rude. Hope they are not this careless when filling prescriptions!!!

The walgreens in Holland,mi on lakewood has the worst pharmacy service I have had my meds called there for awhile now and everytime I wait 3 or 4 days to get it filled I have to go down there to get it cause they don't always let you know it's ready I don't know how they stay in business someone needs to look into this issue it is unacceptable.

The store on Stassney and S. 1st is the worst. The store is dirty, the pharmacy never has their stuff together and even when they say they'll do something, like hold a prescription for you, they don't do it. I've missed many doses, sometimes for weeks, because they can't figure out how things work. They'll just put a prescription on hold rather than deal with figuring out how to get it filled. They think it doesn't matter, but for some of us, our meds are a lifeline. I moves all of my business to a competitor.
