Made an appointment for a flu shot at the Friendswood, TX location. Gave up after 45 minutes and still had people in front of me. I will not go back.

More than once, I have turned off the auto refill feature and I do it for a reason but they turn it back on and refill the prescription. I see it on my credit card so by then it is too late. I have checked it periodically and it is still off and when I go in after I see the charge, it is back on. No one else has access to my account so I know it has to be Walgreens. I guess I will be finding a new pharmacy. I am tired of this problem. Thank you

Set up a free flu shot. They could not do it. Nuts at 10599 n Michigan rd, Carmel, IN. I will get my shot at CVS tomorrow

Doctor called in an Rx at 10:30 this AM. I checked the app and estimated wait pickup was 11:53. I stopped by at 12:50. Two cars ahead. One pm moved to number 2. Customer in front was waiting for a covid test kit. Twenty minutes later, I'm at the window and clerk if still filling in paperwork. Another 10 min, she told me still not ready...over 3 hours later. Said they were backed up..no apology. Will be transferring my Rx's out of Walgreens on Church St in Flemington...bad customer service.

Walgreens is terrible. Look at GoodRx and basically every prescription you can think of, Walgreens is the highest. Sometimes they are higher with the goodrx discount than Walmart or a local pharmacy WITHOUT the discount. Overpriced, greedy company with terrible customer service!

I was at the Walgreens on Ken Pratt Blvd. this morning and received my flu shot. Decided to pick up a couple of things and went an stood at the cashier in the front of the store. It was a girl with black hair that had dyed streaks in it like purple colors. She was "visiting" with a customer that was also a Walgreens worker as they were having a conversation about bonus money that they got and what they all spent it on. The cashier looked at me and she knew I was there waiting to be waited on. She and the girl customer continued to have their conversation and then the girl customer decides to have the girl take some items off of her ring up and then put other things on just to see how much it would ring up. This went on for over 5 minutes and I finally walked over to the photo register to get someone to ring my things up. Jesus was there and came around the counter and I said could you open another register and he replied "I am" in a irritated tone. I said I didn't know you were doing this... The workers there SUCK and are obnoxious and rude and I'm not going to go to this Walgreen again!!!! I don't know who they think they are but all I can say is they SUCK!!!

The location at 567 NE 125th street in north miami florida is the absolute worst pharmacy ive ever used. They are rude. They stand around and listen to the phone ring and never answer it. When they do after 20 minutes its to put you on hold for another 15 only to cut you off. The doctor called in the meds 3 days ago. They still made me wait to fill it. So rude. These “people” should be in an unemployment line instead of a service industry. If you cannot find good employees you should just close the location.

Booster shot appointment. After 30 mins after appointment asked what was going on. Forms sitting on printer for me to fill out. Still waiting. Stupid people. Poor service
