The only reason I gave them 1 star is because I couldn't give them no stars. Dr. called in prescription without asking me what pharmacy I use, went to pick up and was told it was an hour wait. Left, ate lunch and came back, was told another 45 minutes. Came back after an hour and was told it would be another 45 minutes. Came back again and told it was being filled, waited 15 minutes and then was told the prescription was out of stock. It wasn't a written prescription so I couldn't just take it anywhere else. So I asked them to call the other stores in the area to check on their stock. 10 minutes later, they told me none of their stores had it in stock. After hours of waiting, I had to go back to the doctor to get a hand written prescription so I could go to a locally owned store to get it filled I told the doctor to NEVER call in a prescription to Walgreens again or I would find a new doctor.

I don't understand why the pharmacy at Walgreens in Pueblo Co on Hwy 50.. are the rudest people ever, they severly in need of customer service skills. Now I remember why I moved all my rx to Albertsons. If you hate your job, leave!!

Stopped running ads a week ago only have a couple deals of the week. Guess I'll have to shop elsewhere.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS!! There is always a hold up, they will blame your doctor, they will keep you on hold for an hour, they are the worst. I wouldn’t give them one star if possible. Switching today for good! Hope this saves you a lot of aggravation.

Horrible ordering experience!!!! I am never ordering anything from Walgreens website ever AGAIN. Customer service is THE WORST. How do you lose a package that WAS NEVER EVEN SHIPPED. Only shipping information was sent to carrier, but no package?? Super unorganized and super un helpful. Horrible online service/experience. Save yourself the headache and just wait until you can get to an actual store. Their shipping SUCKS.

Our Walgreens pharmacy is only open M-F (no S and S) and doesn't open until 10:00. I went yesterday (at 11:00 AM) to pick up 2 prescriptions. Only one was ready but the pharmacist said the other one would be ready in just a few hours. I went back this morning, waited in the drive thru' lane for a full 30 minutes, and the prescription wasn't ready. The gal working the drive thru' kept making phone calls while I sat and waited. It probably wasn't her fault as I'm guessing the store doesn't hire enough help.

So Walgreens, you cut your pharmacy hours to 9-5, I work those same hours, can you please tell me how I am supposed to get my medicine? Please let me know, because right now I was supposed to pick my medicine up, and you were closed. Walgreens open at 8, maybe open the pharmacy then too? I can pick up on my way to work. Ypu are hurting a lot of people doing this.

I had a vaccine appointment today, with confirmation ninety minutes before my arrival. I had completed all the required forms online with an account. I am over 65 years of age. When I arrived at the Walgreens at 1118 S Memorial DR, Bixby OK, they had no record of my appointment, even after I showed them my confirmation number! They said "are you sure it is this store" and I replied yes, I do all my services here! I was nice and gave them my phone with the same confirmation number(2nd time) email and their address with date and time showing! Then they started to give me the line of quote "you were supposed to download it and bring it with you"! I then said I had filled out all the forms and gave all my insurance information online with a digital signature! They proceeded to give more excuses at which point, I just told them to cancel my appointment and left store # 6839. Why have the computer programs and follow all the instructions to a tee, when you arrive for your appointment and they have no record of same? I understand how important Walgreens has been to my parents family growing up in Chicago! I too have been loyal to Walgreens with my own family and expect better service and competence!
