Horrible customer service at Walgreens at Lawrenceville Hwy, in Lilburn, GA. Pharmacist appears dangerous and insists one go to a closer Walgreens

Get a call, text, email prescription is ready for pick up November 8, 2021. Go to Air Depot and 15th location. Sat in line for 3 minutes and car in front received his prescriptions. I pull up and sign says no pharmacist on-site and no prescriptions can be picked up state law. I go again today at 6:15 pm after work and it’s closed again. I go online to see hours and says it is open until 9 pm. I call and says it closes at 6 pm. Why are we not notified during our reminder calls and texts. I need my medication and now going on day 3 to figure out how to get my medicine when I work in Midtown all day. Shipping medicine should be free of charge. Oh yeah, put that order in a d still haven’t received confirmation that medicine has been paid or shipped. Changing to Walmart or another pharmacy that will work and communicate with patient’s. This is ridiculous and as you can see I am really needing this medicine because I am a total mean person without it.

I walked into Walgreens Rantoul to inquire about COVID booster. I went to the information window. Someone from way across the room was addressing me as to why I was standing at that window Anyway rude behavior. Went to Walmart

I posted an honest and accurate review about an experience I had with a walgreens purchase a d they moderated it aka canceled my review. Its like they don't want others to know about customers who have negative experiences.

Price gouging at pharmacy. They do not disclose prices they will charge at the time of ordering and charged me almost double the prices in two orders for same items placed about 2 months apart. Only in medicine and pharmacy they get away with looting their customers like this. Look for better, more reasonably priced options.

HORRIBLE!! Hire some people so you don't have hour long lines!! Will NEVER go to Walgreens again- GO TO CVS- 1000 % better than this horrible place. 27th & national in Milwaukee. I believe because this is a minority neighborhood, customers are treated badly .

They are the bottom of the barrel. Every time we need to greet a prescription from them it is impossible to reach them on the phone, the line at the drive up is ridiculous, and they never have the prescriptions ready when you finally pull up to the window. My partner’s mother gets her prescriptions there, and we are about to move. We will make sure we never do business there again.

Whoever wrote the online registration and appointment scheduling program should be replaced. The program should be rewritten, with ‘modern’ updated software. When it takes 2 hours to complete the registration process (including numerous ‘error - redo warnings), then goes into a ‘working’ funk...thinking...computing cycle, ending with “try again later”...it does not lead to customer satisfaction. No, I am not computer illiterate. Are you too big to care?
