Our Walgreens in Easton, Maryland is terrible. Their drive through is closed most of the time due to staffing shortages. My most recent two visits each time almost an hour to pickup scripts that had been ordered the earlier that day. The scripts were ready, it was personnel shortages. Changing my pharmacy to Hill’s Drug store. Their drive through is up and running, and delays are minimal when their are delays.

I am a frequent customer at the walgreens located on Broad and Synder Ave Philadelphia PA. The sales rep are very rude at the location they never open the store on time store hours are from 6am to midnight they open 6:30 or 6:45am and when you try to ask questions they walk away or ignored as if you don't exist speaking with the manager at the location is worse

Walgreens rewards is really bad. Coupons clicked on my Walgreens account can’t come through cash registers and can’t manually added by clerks. Don’t trust Walgreens any more.

I would give this store a negative amount of stars if possible. It’s the Walgreens at 7800 N. Kings Hwy, in Myrtle Beach, SC. I was discharged from the hospital and a prescription was called into this Walgreens. When I went to pick it up the pharmacy was closed,I was told to go to another Walgreens, they were not able to fill it because it wasn’t put into the system yet. When I first went to the store they told me their computer system was down,when I called to talk to the manager,Harry,he told me the pharmacist didn’t show up for work today and they couldn’t find another one to come in. This is nuts no one can get their meds because of this. It sounds like patient neglect!

Ever since they started doing vaccinations and testing the loyal customer has to wait longer for prescriptions to be filled. The stores are grossly understaffed and the staff are overworked. I finally got so aggravated I switched pharmacies. You greedy corporate types need to do a better job.

I scheduled a 12:30 appointment for my Covid booster so I could go on my lunch break. I ate lunch and showed up for the appointment. I had to leave at 12:50 because they still weren't ready to give me the booster and I had to go back to work. I am going to CVS instead.
