Booked travel COVID tests for husband and I at 4:30pm on Thursday before a Saturday morning flight. Husband received his results within 40 mins via email. I did not. I waited and phoned (very difficult to get the actual pharmacy) 4 hours later…they told me that I had to wait the 24 hours. Still hadn’t received results by noon the next day. Had to rush to another medical clinic, got the last appt of the day and came at a huge price tag. Results received within 15 mins. I still have not received my results 3 days later from Walgreens. That could have resulted in a cancelled flight if we didn’t pursue another test! Not impressed and will not recommend anybody to trust Walgreens with their travel COVID tests. Could have ruined a nice vacation. Travel is stressful enough during this time…

Not a Testing Center if you want your result before FIVE (5) days. Just heard that disclaimer when I inquired about a test 3 days ago. Go to a physician affiliated with a hospital network. Charging the government ridiculous fees without delivering results. Should have read the other reviews before getting tested.

Left my mom incapable of staying alone after getting out of hospital today to pick up meds called in at 2pm that they told me would be ready at 5:30. Here still waiting to get them at 6:15

I have been using the Walgreens Pharmacy on Virginia St. in Crystal lake for a few years. I am almost always very well taken care of. On several occasions I have had very bad experiences when waited on by Maria. She has a no first attitude and is very rude. I rarely write reviews, but need to let you know. You can do better.

I went to get a prescription filled and it took them 2 hours to get it filled, for one damn pill! There was only one girl working the counter and I could see four people in the back. Two of them were talking and giggling. Terrible service, won’t ever try Walgreens again!c,

Every month I have issues with getting my meds.I always have to call to straighten it out, explaining their own process to them. Couple of times they didn’t have stock to fill my meds and tell me it’s delayed and give a date when it will be filled. Based on the date they give I can wait because I still have enough to make it to that date. When the date comes and goes and I call they have told me they don’t have it and will have to order it again. Now I have to wait two more days which means now I go with out my meds.I will be changing pharmacies.

Absolutely terrible service. Every time. 2650 Hennepin Avenue location is awful. Slow. Untrained pharmacy staff. “Our system is y user friendly.” is what they say. “We’re about 2 weeks behind filling prescriptions.”

Terrible service. I always wait a long time to pick up my prescriptions from the drive through window. They have a sign that reads "Get your Pickup in as little as 30 minutes", which is totally false. Right now I have been waiting longer than that. I will change pharmacy.
