This is the worst and disorganized pharmacy. (one in 1551 Staten Island, NYC) I have ever seen. I scheduled a 9:30AM appointment to get my Covid booster. The line wasn’t long, only 7, and i was the second one. However, staff took so long to finish one registration. I was called finally, the staff/ pharmacist didn’t complete my registration and left with sth else. He said someone will continue the registration. I was waiting for so long closed to 30 mins to have another staff to handle the registration. She skipped me and handled the three family members behind me, even I told her that the pharmacist hadn’t completed. No One Care! She spent at least 20mins more to register the family. after that, she left to do testing. I was waiting for so long. She finally came back and finished my registration. The pharmacist closed the booster room after he finished the family. 4 people behind me and myself were waiting for so long. after a long wait, the pharmacist came out to inject the booster,gosh! He is the worst pharmacist ever. I could feel that he injected the needle very slowly and deeply and showed his evil smile. By the time I got my booster, it was 11:20 AM. this is very unacceptable. How bad that Walgreens/ staff don’t value customers’ time.

If i could give a zero I surely would, my local Walgreens is so slow.... I sit in the drive-up for literally 30 minutes every time I go there, the last 2 months in a row they have not had my medication in stock... That's crazy because some medications are not meant to ever be missed on dosage... My local Walgreens is it in Sioux City Iowa on Hamilton Boulevard and it is the worst Walgreens I could imagine and I plan on changing my medication refills to another Pharmacy tomorrow.

We are so disappointed with the service and overall experience with walgreens pharmacy. During this difficult time the covid test we had scheduled was automatically canceled. The pharmacy did not to assist us or point us to any other option. They just gave us the shoulder and felt no remorse. So now, we are not able to find another testing center, we may need to cancel the trip, we kept our children from school just in case the pharmacy would be abel to find us another locator, the best scenario is we will find a testing center for a fee of 180 pp on the day of because there are no appointments anywhere. I filed a customer complaint and will wait for a regional manager to contact me. I will update the post as soon as someone contacts me.

This Walgreens ruined my travel plans. We were flying to Aruba and they cancelled our covid tests only 3 days before. When we went to Walgreens we were not offered reimbursement and told all tests were cancelled due to the machine not working. They provided no reparations to the people they cancelled and didn’t allow to go to a different Walgreens to get tested as everything is booked. Now we are running around trying to find a test so we can fly to Aruba. This Walgreens service was absolutely horrible as the ladies were telling us to just find another test even though everything else is booked and evoked no sympathy for ruining our travel plans.

Walgreens is THE Worst pharmacy in CO, my elderly father needed me to go pick up a Rx for him. I called the Pharmacy for Walgreens on W Colfax and Lee St. After getting hung up on twice AFTER waiting for 20 minutes I got hung up on——The recording said I had 2 callers ahead of me both times. So I called the store and asked for a store manager and asked them to ask the pharmacy fill my father’s Rx since they were not answering the phones. The manager said the mile long line in the store and took priority and to callback JUST TO GET THE RX FILLED. If this is the case then the recording should say we are not taking phone calls right now, you have to come in with ALL concerns then you can wait for your RX to be filled. I also went to The Walgreens on Alameda and Dakota Dr in Lakewood AFTER my boyfriend stopped by earlier in the day and he was told his RX would take 4HOURS to fill. So about 6 hours later that night, there was 2 people in line and we had to wait AN HOUR for them to fill it….. The next time I go to the Dr with my father we are changing his pharmacy to Kings. If you have Walgreens you should CANCEL ALL your RX’s and have the Dr call ANYWHERE ELSE, they are rude disorganized and don’t care…..

The Walgreens in Chiefland, Fl is a store I prefer not to do business with. Ever. You figure when you look something up on their website to shop and compare prices with various stores and you put in the correct store that you will be shopping at and you decide to pick up an item at that store then that will be the correct price. Wrong. Only if you order it online for pickup. Then you need to spend 10 dollars to pick it up. That is the only way that you will be sure to get it at the advertised price on their website. It’s in stock and to me pickup means if I drive to that store and I walk in that store and I pick out that exact item and buy it, then I picked up that item. I needed 2 things that cost $4.99 each. That is 2 cents less than 10 dollars. I did not need any more items to make it to $10. or more. I only needed those 2 items. Figured what the heck why do drive through pickup when I can just walk in and get it. Wrong! With Walgreens it does not work that way. Those items are now $8.49 each because I did not spend at least $10. online to pick up my items. I could of went to another big store and bought the name brand instead of the Walgreens brand.

The Walgreens Christmas commercials for the 2021 season are in incredibly bad taste. While there are many frustrations during holiday preparations that can lead to unfortunate language being used by many people, it is definitely not in the spirit of the season to infer the use of those words in commercials, especially when young people are bombarded by those inferences. Yes, many will find the ads amusing but they are highly irresponsible and yet another sad statement on the direction respect is taking in the country. Way to lead, folks! This is so sad.

I can't believe the pharmacy is allowed to stay in business. They blow up my phone about my prescriptions, then when I go to pick them up, I wait and wait and wait.. poor customer service.
