Walgreens has a FedEx counter. They do NOT scan or send out the packages in a timely manner. FedEx is expensive and the package sat there for a day. Go to a real fedex store, its not worth the convenience for your package to sit there. I also requested notification and provided a phone number, I'm still waiting for the call. TERRIBLE!

My store is 3736 S Scatterfield anderson indiana. Doctor sent prescriptions to the store on January 11 it is January 13 I’ve tried to call and check on them they’ve never filled them it is 330 p.m. and just hung up after being on hold over an hour with 3 callers ahead of me. It kept saying one caller ahead of me for 35 minutes I mean I have a kidney stone I need my medicine and can’t get anybody to answer after an hour. I cannot just drive there as I am Covid positive and have to have someone pick them up. Not satisfied at all!!

This year with new insurance it also brought the opportunity to save money through mail order outside of Walgreens. All my meds are with zero copay through mail order. Walgreens has made money hand over fist for the last several years. The real rub was when the Walgreens pharmacist called me asking if I really wanted him to transfer my meds to the mail order pharmacy and wanted to know if they had done something wrong. And when I gave examples of how much money I was saving going mail order, he started taunting me with making up excuses. Such as claiming that I won’t get my medications on time, and he kept on trying to get me to change my mind. My husband went mail order at the same Walgreens pharmacy and never received a phone call like I did. It felt like the pharmacist was insulting my intelligence. All I know is that Walgreens isn’t going to get their $1,680 this year.

I would give 0 stars if it was available. My husband tried to pick up a prescription yesterday but the drive-thru line was over an hour so he left. I picked it up this morning and brought it home later in the day. When he opened it it was supposed to have 90 pills but only had 30. I have been on hold for over 2 and a half hours now with no answer. I tried to chat online and was told to call the store. The lack of customer service at Walgreens is outrageous. I am done with Walgreens. I am done with Walgreens as soon as I get the rest of my husbands prescription.

I think Walgreen pharmacy need to do better on how that take calls ,maybe have one person take specific calls and have another make sure the phone don’t hang completely up and maybe have someone take the calls while they are at lunch .I realize with what going on now it how to keep staff members working but y’all also have Try to keep the customer happy

Walgreens in Cambridge Maryland is a disgrace. I went to pick up a script at 930 a.m only to find out the pharmacy would not open until 2 pm. I called before I left my house but had 3 caller's ahead of me. So I headed to get my script. When I called,why did they not have a message saying that the pharmacy would not open until 2 pm. When I came back at 1:30 there was a line of people waiting for the pharmacy to open. The line was wrapped all the way down the entire Isle then around the front of the store. To top that off, they did not raise the windows until 2:10. Shortage of staff is one thing. That's your problem. I've been a customer for some time and I am getting ready to change drugstores. Your company wasted my valuable time, as my script was called in the day before and had to wait 1 1/2 hours to get my script filled, and my gas. Walgreens should be ashamed putting no regard to their customers. Without us there would be no Walgreens.

This place sucks I mean they don’t even know how to print out the vaccine papers that we already did on line and when we get them they give us the wrong one. And on top of that when we have an appointment at 11:45 and we don’t get the shot till a hour later and nobody is even in the place
