I needed to buy some dressing supplies for a minor facial surgery. Gauze dressings (2in x 2 in) and a small petroleum jelly (vaseline). I looked on line and the swupplies were reasonably priced. The Guaze was $2.39 for a box of 25 and the 1.75 oz vaseline was $1.99. So, I went to the store and bought them. I thought they were priced higher in the store, but did not realize how much! The box of gauze squares was $5.49 (more than twice as much) and the vaseline was $2.79. I asked if they would meet their online price and was told the do not. And an online order requires a $10.00 minimum. This makes no sense to me! I went and bought them at Walmart. I won't even look at Walgreens again for my supplies.

The customer service is terrible. Most employees are very rude. I have a medication that is a controlled substance and I can only have it refilled the day before or it will be cancelled. Not placed on hold until the day I can get it, completely cancelled. And they NEVER have it and always have to order it and I miss a day. This will be the 3rd month in a row I've had this problem. I have two other medications that were also cancelled with no reason and I was not alerted. I have the app and get text messages. It's radio silence when they cancel anything and they'll never give you a reason or assist you in fixing the issue. You'll just be blamed for their mistake. I even had my Dr. send it to a different location and had the same result. Stay away if you can help it. It's a waste of your time. I promise. I've finally moved to a different company today. Should have a long time ago.

Walgreen's Pharmacy on Hamilton in Sioux City the worst. Took over an hour for the woman to check in for a booster and she still wasn't done! Finally left. If I didn't have Covid, I would by the time they were finished. Worst customer service. Attitude was "oh well". Will definitely go somewhere else

Pharmacy was rude beyond anything I've experienced. Told me to go to another Pharmacy just for asking if it would be more time after a 3 hour wait.

Went to get a prescription for my pet and was shocked at the price of $750.00. So I checked with chewy.com and found the same prescription for $22.57. Walgreen told me it was because my pet didn’t have health insurance. Odd they charge that much more as punishment to the uninsured? Never going to walgreens again

This is a review for the Racine, WI Walgreens pharmacy on Yout St. and Douglas Ave. I went to pick up my mother's prescription for Losartan and the pharmacist was very rude and arrogant. He starts rambling to me about a prescription that was denied, and another prescription that is out of stock....in a very condescending and arrogant voice and then I proceeded to tell him that I was told that the prescription was now in and had been filled. He then said in an angry voice, "I don't know who told you that! It's out of stock!" He continued to cut me off from explaining more. I had never dealt with a pharmacist who was so unprofessional with such poor customer service skills! I am sure that there have been multiple complaints about this particular pharmacist. I have never had a problem with anyone else at this location.

The drive through pharmacy returns your credit card in a white envelope stapled to your prescription but doesn’t bother to tell you that until you’ve accidentally thrown it away and boarded a flight out of the country. But it’s not their fault right!? Terrible customer service.
