Walgreens Pharmacy on the corner of Hancock Bridge and Del Prado in Cape Coral is the worst. The people are rude and never have your rx ready on time. They are unprofessional and treat you like they are doing you a favor.

Silverlake parkway Fenton 3/9/22. Wanted to return an unopened item to the pharmacy, I was greeted at the consultation window by an arrogant know-it-all girl that had no clue about customer service. All she wanted to do was spout off how the item could not be returned for various reasons (rude). Not an attempt to assist at all, I’m sure it was her goal to get me to leave, which I did. Went to another Walgreens, issue was handled.

They have all new people its a disaster. You would think they would train them before they deal with the public. Wrong amounts of medications given out, they tried to give me someone else's medication last month, received an email to pick up my precription after 1pm. Went to the pharmacy to get it. Was told it was not filled because they didnt have it and did not offer or say when they will have it....... Incredible!!!! They have no cocern for people. Their attitude is too bad for you. So i called the next day and was told to come at 4pm...... We will see. At this point i am out so i hope thier right this time.

They just don't seem to care if their patients die. Trying to get auto refill delivery correct for life maintaining medication is harder than second semester calculus. Much harder as I got an A in calculus but still haven't managed to get all my medication delivered and I've been trying for 6 months. When I contact the store, the pharmacists sometimes answer the phone and say that has to be done online. When I get online to try to set it up or fix it, some minimally trained chat operator vomits cheerful scripted responses but can't understand what I text and doesn't take the fact that I am OUT OF MEDICATION seriously. It really seems like Walgreens would rather see me perish than get my delivery prescription correct. In person pick up or autodelivery, they will not bother to contact my primary care when a prescription expires, they just wait to see if I remember. Truly a despicable way to treat people.

Scheduled 2 online appointments for shingle shots for my wife and I. The system gave us 1:30pm and 2:00pm. Forget that we filled out the online questionnaire, then answered the same questions to the service rep AND then fill out the same questionnaire on paper. We were informed that the pharmacist had a half-hour break and would not honor the 2pm appointment. She would not do both of us at 1:30 and canceled the 2:00pm so I would have to come back at another time because "she gets her 1/2 hour break" even though we had a scheduled appointment, and she didn't want to be inconvenienced to have to slide it 5 minutes. Time to find another pharmacy!

The Walgreens customer service is non existent. They don’t even try to stand behind the products the sell. I purchased a 3 month supply of estrogen patches. Here’s the problem, they don’t stick to stay attached to my skin. I took said patches back to the Walgreens pharmacy in Oklahoma City on 6350 N MacArthur Blvd. I spoke with a Pharm D on duty who let me know she cannot refund nor replace defective patches. I can however purchase a different brand of patches for $400.00 or buy water proof coverings to hold the patches on. I asked if the manufacturer would stand behind their products. She replied that I could try by calling them. I asked for the manufacturers phone number. She said it was on my package insert. (It’s not there). I went back asking for manufactures (Mylan) phone number and she gave me a number to call. I called that number and it was for financial services!!!!! I go back for a THIRD time and after a LOT of searching she found the elusive number for Mylan. I’ve left a message with Mylan so we’ll see what happens with that. Seems kind of odd to me that when a product that Walgreens sells and is defective it is left up to me to work it out. What do I need Walgreens for? These patches are not cheap and are NOT covered by my insurance. I have 1 box that has not even been opened. Can’t get a refund or replacement for any of the 3 boxes. I called Walgreens corporate office and explained what happened.. They replied “So you’d like to make a complaint?” I give up Moral to this story if you choose to use Walgreens do so at your own risk. They do NOT stand behind their products and their customer service is non-existent. What else can be said?

Walgreens pharmacy is the absolute worst. The customer service is HORRIBLE. They’ve given me other peoples medication in error, now if that happens with the elderly a lot will not know. Walgreens Pharmacy makes too many mistakes and they are going to end up killing someone. For a year and a half all I hear is “we are short staffed” HIRE PEOPLE!!!!!! They also try to override what my Dr.says. They are NOT Drs. They fill all my medication early except the one I need the most. They are getting worse and worse and they have no care in the world for their patients. My life is mow in their hands because they are giving me such a hard time. This is ALL the time. For such a huge corporation you would think they had compassion for their patients and customers. The store I have no issues with, but the pharmacy and talking to managers is absolutely horrendous. I’ve been with this company a long time and spend alot of money in Walgreens. Never again. I’m so sick and tired of they same thing each time I go pick up my medicine. You are horrible. There's one pharmacy technician that's always nasty to me and when I complain I’m told it will be taken care of. Nothing is ever addressed and taken care of. Walgreens pharmacy sucks and after all the years and money spent in that store I will be taken my business elsewhere. Thank you for terrible customer service ESPECIALLY in the pharmacy.

The pharmacy department at Walgreens (71st and Pulaski) is a headache. We waited over an hour for them to verify our children on our insurance. They claimed they called our insurance to verify and were told there were no dependents on the insurance. We had to call ourselves and had our pharmacy department for the insurance call them to confirm that we were correct. At the end of a frustrating hour or so, we were able to get a refund for our prescription.
