Walgreens illegally gave my underage daughter a covid vaccine without my knowledge nor permission. Her doctor also said she didn't give permission neither did our insurance. I found the rec in my daughters room where they gave her the vaccine June of 2021. I did not give permission nor did I know about it until today.

Had to click on one star as this site…
Had to click on one star as this site wouldn't let me proceed, but if I was rating on a scale of 1-5 it would be a negative 5 (-5). Idaho Falls, Id. Got a coupon for Muro 128 eyedrops, 5% sterile NaCl solution, 15 ml for $3.00, with price varying by location. Ultimately cost me $14.97. Great deal I was told as the retail was over $29, on sale for $19. Unfortunately, it was the only bottle in my area at the time, including generics so I got it. Still a hugh rip-off, but what else should I have expected from Walgreens, not the 1st time, but hopefully the last.

Don’t trust them for appointments!
Be careful when choosing to use Walgreens for your COVID testing; they just called to cancel mine and my GF's appointments that were scheduled to be done in a few hours. I canceled an at home test to have it done with them since I was confirmed just to be left with no options. I received emails and text confirmations about the tests all the way through today just to receive a call saying they had to cancel many of the tests because an employee called out. I requested another location or alternative and they simply told me they could only suggest other places that do testing; basically a simple web search. Absolutely poor business practice to leave clients to fend for themselves.

Walgreens in WALKERTOWN
Walgreens in WALKERTOWN, NC is the worst! Never has your medication in stock. When you call them you have to hold at least 12 mins before anyone will answer. I know businesses are short handed at times but it wasn’t good before covid. Pharmacy closes whenever they feel like it. Suppose to close at 8pm and when you get notified that your prescription is ready and you go to pick it up, they have a sign on the window that says closed! Really?? Nice! And Walgreens supposedly bought out Rite Aid, but apparently aren’t equipped to handle 2 drugstores!!! Not good for business!!!

Disgusting company
This company preys on older people. Prices are way more expensive than anywhere else. Understaffed aka cheap company. Treats employees crappy. They're underpaid compared to other retailers. Customer service is crap because the company does not allow it's employees to help customers in sensible ways. For example, I used a promo code. Order got canceled. They won't let me use it again. Every time I contact customer service chat or phone, they are useless. It feels like their hands are tied. One customer service tells me one thing, I make a decision based on that. Next time I contact, I'm told the exact opposite. The site is bad. The app is worse. I constantly have to contact customer service, who again are inconsistent and often unable to do anything. They're usually polite, though. In store is often a different story. Some are the nicest staff you'll every meet. Others ruder than the dollar store. Prescription orders are unclear. So, far i have been getting my deliveries, but i stress when checking order status, which is so difficult to locate on the site and app. Every since i switched from another pharmacy, my condition has been acting up. Could be i need to up my dose or it could be not a coincidence. Will talk to my doctor on that, but it definitely got really bad for two weeks after switching before getting under control again on my part with taking it easier on things that worsen my condition. Coupons work half the time. And when you need them corrected or a refund for whatever reason, points...points...and more points. They want to suck you into their vortex and never let you go. Points system is also bad. You can't use points with certain offers. You'll end up dropping points on items that are overpriced, making the points worth less than they seemed when you got them. Such scammers. I was hoping they'd get better after their deal with Kroger, but it's the same.

Walgreens pharmacy has to be the worst…
Walgreens pharmacy has to be the worst pharmacy! They are to cheap the schedule one person to handle the drive thru and another person to handle to walk up customer. The poor clerk has to do one drive thru customer then alternate with walk up customers which causes delays in service. Come on Walgreens you can afford it. I have recently started
going to Vons for my prescription, much faster service. i’m in and out in 10 min vs 30 min or more at walgreens do to lack of employees.
