If I could give the location 0 stars I would. I went into Walgreens to make a return and purchase an item. I wanted to return stale cookies before the recept expired. The cashier went and got the manager and the manager said that I couldn’t return the item because I didn’t purchase them at that location. I informed the manager that Walgreens policy was for a returned item; it had to be within the 30 day period with the receipt. The manager said, “no.” I said, “okay, I want to make another purchase.” I was refused service then discriminated against. In the moment, I felt scared, confused, embarrassed and threatened because the associate called the police. There were police officers that came into the store. The first two officers weren’t nice. I informed of what happened them and wasn’t heard by law enforcement. I am a African American, 61 years old and disabled. I was asked by the police for my ID. Once I handed the Officer my ID, I waited then asked how long would be for me to receive it back. The officer stated, it depends on if you’ve been arrested in the past or have warrants for arrest. I informed the officer that I’m going to walk around the store while I’m waiting. The stated, I couldn’t but if I chose too I would be arrested. I chose to the store and go outside, the supervisor came next to me with the third policeman. The third police said, hello Ms and told me to go home and have a nice weekend. He laughed. Afterwards, I was given back my ID and the officer gave me a citation that I refused then, said why I haven’t done anything I said no I am not taken that I done no wrong. This is discrimination and Defamation of Character. All this for return and purchase and I was informed that I would be arrested if I came back on the premises. The cashiers were prejudice, and rude. I haven’t slept because my blood pressure has been high and I feel so hurt by this situation. I just wanted to make a return and purchase never would I have ever imagined I could get arrested for a return. I tried to return to the other Walgreens at a different location but I was informed that I needed to return the item at the original location from which I purchased. I said, okay, thank you then left. buy it at this location. Both Walgreens gave me the different information regarding their return policy. The experience has been upsetting and frustrating.

Military hwy Virginia beach Virginia Favoritism Discrimination (an anxiety due to an speech impairment) Thanks to dimarais and eddie and lekiah to try make my day by making me laugh keep it up Sneaky No Communications/or apprection of my hard work/or no understanding of who I am I like to mind my business and stay quiet especially with people these days if knows what i mean/i like to do my job and go home and i lose concentration/can't function when someone stares at me/or standing there next to me/Idk what to say and how to say things and how to create/finish a conversation/idk how to word things which is hard for me (I'm working on wording, hard to expressed my feelings/opened up to people especially in workplace due to past relations and other things too) I'm a hardworker and make sure things gets done properly and in order and so on I've been doing good with my anxiety and I'm very happy/blessed/thankful for my life!! I don't give up especially with jobs especially when I've speech impairment (hard to get a job and a interview) I make glad I've a job though! Thanks again to dimaris, eddie, Candace and lekiah maintainly dimaris and Candace understanding about who I am/what is hard for me and what not/what I'm working on and bugging me and other things things too keep up the good work u guys 🙂✌️ People will be people I'm easy to stressed out and break down due to past relations

Review is of the Pharmacy in Georgetown ky Worse pharmacy staff ever. They never answer their phones, when you go into the store to go to the pharmacy the staff completely ignores you. Rx’s are always wrong or they fill medication that your not even on anymore. I’ve heard from others that their pill counts are often off. Watch your meds with these people. They try to charge your insurance for medication they didn’t fill. Beware. I have called both their District manager and their Corporate offices . Both times with no results. Stay away from these people. You might just get someone else’s medication. Beware

Walgreens in Buffalo, New York is absolutely horrible. Total rip-off with fake "sale" prices, horrible photos from lab, and poor, immature store personnel. Don't shop there. Rude, dumb, horrible place!

only pharmacy that carries a diabetes monitor my husband uses and every time, almost monthly It needs a new battery monitor. Through the walgrens on 145th and Aurora they can never get it right!!! He has to contact medicare himself and get insurance to contact them and then they will email and text that its ready and he goes to get it and only part is actually ready!! then he has to wait maybe 2, 3 days more!!! He then has to make an appointment with the manager to even talk about problem!! This store can not handle Insurance at all!! be aware and very careful what they charge. He is going to change stores.

I have some mobility issues and this store leaves me standing around on my very painful knees while they find someone to man the checkout. Someone walked out with merchandise and set the alarm off, but since no one was in the front of the store, no one noticed. I dinged the bell, but no one came. Finally my husband went and found someone who found someone who finally came to the counter

Walgreens Delaware Ohio pharmacists & Tech's RUDE AF. Text there is a problem w/ 'script? Call. Female Tech SNARKY "We only opened 7 MINUTES AGO!" Tells me 'script "will be ready by 11:00 am"; NOT ready; go to drive thru to pick it up; "pull around it will be ready in a few minutes!"; 1:15 pm TWO HOURS LATER text 'script ready; go to drive thru again? CLOSED FOR LUNCH. youhavegottobekiddingme. Have been getting the same prescriptions every month for a YEAR but I get this runaround every time. Time for a new pharmacy.

Walgreens Pharmacy at Southway and LaFountain in kokomo. IN is simply incompetent. We have received the wrong prescription several times. Other times, we have received the wrong count. More recently, it is not possible to go in without being told they are "too busy", and it will be necessary to come back. Do they think their customers are not busy? Then today, my wife was told that her medicine would be ready at 11 AM. I went in at 1:00 PM, and was told that they had it, but that "they were busy" and it would be necessary to come back at 3:00 PM. I went back, only to be told that they didn't have it after all! Their sole concern about this was that I raised my voice to the staff. No concern for my wife as a customer. No offer to do anything to help the situation. Just an "assurance" that "our staff is doing their best." If so, their best is pathetic! I wish it was possible to give a zero rating! Please note that this applies only to this particular store in Kokomo. The other Walgreens are much better.
