I ordered my Christmas cards the 1st week of December on line and they were supposed to mail them to the store. I went to the store couple of times and they didn't have them I even paid and got nothing. Never again I'll order anything or shop at walgreens.

Went to pick up my insulin. The pharmacy was closed. They apparently are closed weekends now. They told me to go to the other one in town. So I went there. They told me can’t give it to me because it was processed already at my store. So now I have no insulin till tomorrow. I hope they are going to pay my er bill. Because I am sending it to Walgreens

I was happy with my local RiteAid before Walgreens bought them out. Everything has deteriorated from that point on. I recently had to go to the emergency room on a Saturday, and the doctor prescribed a drug for me. When I went to the Walgreens I discovered they are no longer open on SATURDAY and SUNDAY! So I had to wait until Monday to get my prescription filled. That’s not a real pharmacy! I am now switching my prescriptions over to another pharmacy. But the new pharmacy I contacted said my local Walgreens is very difficult to work with, often not responding to them when they ask to transfer customers’ accounts. My advice: DON’T GO TO THE “PHARMACY” AT THE BRUNSWICK MAINE WALGREENS! They have destroyed the good service I received for many years when they were RiteAid.

Realize mi compra en la tienda que está ubicada en la pioner en mesquite y el manager se llama Rubén se porto de una manera muy grosera quise regrese un artículo que me cobraron demasiado caro y me pidió una identificación Le mostre mis identificaciones y me dijo que no por que no heran de los Estados Unidos llamaré al servicio al cliente y les preguntaré también Le di el pasaporte y dijo que no que el no podía recibir eso ni otra que no fuera de aquí siendo que ahí ya me han ayudado Con otra identificación el se portó muy grosero me sentó discriminada la verdad muy triste y lo peor que es mexicano

Extremely poor service. It’s almost impossible to be able to call and speak to a pharmacy staff member. It is becoming routine that the pharmacy inside the store is closed. It is not uncommon to take more than 24 hours from the time the doctor calls in the prescription, until the pharmacist fills the prescription without be asked why it’s taking so long. I’m switching to a pharmacy that tries to fulfill the basic mission of their business.

Thank God that Publix Pharmacy has opened. I will never ever have to deal with the unprofessional employees at the Walgreen Pharmacy again. Those people can't count 30 days from one month to the next. Who hires these people?

I called store #7500 to ask about my photo order. The manager Greg had an attitude. I placed an order through the website on Sunday. I called asked Greg is it 3to5 business days from when the order is placed or when it is shipped as far as it being received. He said he doesn't know. Basically, told me I'll get it whenever it arrives. He knew nothing about the photo department, knew nothing about deliveries and then went on to try and tell me I ordered something when I did not. If he knows nothing, then he shouldn't be in a position where he would be asked questions regarding the store. I will never order with Walgreens, or at this point any future purchases. He offered no suggestions on answering my questions and basically kept saying he doesn't know. He in my eyes is a poor excuse of a manager and offered no other assistance in getting any answers.

Would not give them even one star if I had my way. Do not buy a Walgreens gift card. It cannot be used for online purchases. I guess they intend on customers never getting their money’s worth. Disappointing and deceptive. Beware!
