The walgreen, on 700 Columbus Avenue in NY, NY is the worst Walgreen on the entire US. You called and they pick up and hang up. From the time the doctor send the prescription, you are waiting until the next Monday. My mother has a heart condition and needs the meds when they are due. There is always a problem: the doctor needs to ok the prescription. This is a refill that you have been taking for years, there is an insurance issue that the doctor needs to call. You learned about this when you call to find out when can you pick up the medicine.

Me and my daughter went to Walgreens on12530 Cleveland Rd in Garner to pick up my medicine. I was looking for a certain pill and saw the pharmacist putting up medicine. I said "excuse me" she turned around and I asked her my question. She told me they were on aisle 14. Another associate came and told us she misspoke and that they were on aisle 15. We heard the pharmacist tell another associate" she can't see because she walked right by the medicine", She said it so loud that we heard every word. She was calling us stupid I suppose. I had to keep my daughter from saying something to her. I told my husband that the entire family is moving our medicine and shopping somewhere else. She was unprofessional. unethical and rude. Places like this don't deserve our time or money.

I have called the pharmacy 3 times, and they put you on hold and keep you on hold for up to 15 minutes, and then it hangs up. I went to the store and call them to see if they would answer the phone, what I witness is one person pick up the phone and put on hold. At the time there are no customers at the pharmacy six employees just walking around putting items up and nobody picked up the phone to take a call, this goes on for 15 minutes, and then it hangs up.

Walgreens on east Jefferson so called team leaders has really bad attitudes some customers come In with really bad attitudes take it out on the employees then call corporate office tells lies I really dislike walgreens on east Jefferson some employees are sweet an patient others are not I see why alot of employees leave that store...

After speaking with Walgreens on the phone, getting an email and text notification that my meds are ready for pick up then waiting in line for a hour the pharmacist says I cannot pickup yet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is a controlled substance, but I have to wait another two days!!!!!!!!!!!! Why did you tell me to pick it up!@%$#$#&@!

Promised a fast Covid Test with results within 2 hours. Don't ever rely on this, I didn't get my results delivered in this time frame by this monopoly. After calling them they gave the result by phone but aren't able to send it to you "You should receive it by the end of the day". Had to take another test in a more reliable facility at the airport.

Been waiting 5 hours for one of two prescriptions sent electronically at 8:30AM on 5/17/2022. I finished my 30 day supply of pain medicine yesterday and am suffering with chronic neck pain from 2 failed fusion of the neck. Have a terrible tooth infection and ribs still hurting from being Tear ended 2 weeks ago. I got nowhere talking to the Walgreens on 4720 East Bonanza in Las Vegas. No one cares no matter what the glossy advertisements say.

Walgreen at 3200 s federal highway Delray Beach is run by cartels. If you go there after 10 and and you need any product that requires a key unless they know you they become very abusive and unless you insist they find the keys my friends you won’t get what you came for. It happened to me twice when I went to purchase olay cremes that were buy one get one at half price. The skinny white guy with a bulging belly refused to find the keys and this was the second time he’s done that to me. The biggest criminal is Marie black lady She would ask if you want the products at half price then you can meet her outside in her white Toyota and that she’s a single mom and she can sell you what you those expensive olay cremes for more than half the price and when you question her where she gets the products from she gets very angry and abusive. Never will I ever shop there again 😡😥
