Walgreens should not be in business as they cannot run a business. If I could give less than one star I would because every single time I come to the drive up pharmacy it’s a long wait, they never have my prescriptions correct, and they don’t answer the phone if you call to check with a person. Go anywhere at all besides Walgreens if you want to eliminate the stress and waste of time in your life. There are so many companies now that deliver for free and can actually get it right. All you have to do is Google “pharmacies that deliver for free near me”. Went to get a flu shot without an appointment at Walgreens; walked in and there were people everywhere waiting,I said “can I get a flu shot” and the people behind the counter laughed at me “yeah, you’ll have to wait an hour” was their response. I got in my car, drove across the street to CVS and was in and out with my flu shot & done within 15 minutes! How can this company be so big with this kind of customer service, I don’t get it!

I contacted the Walgreens pharmacy in Traverse City on Holiday Rd regarding my prescription for eye drops. I have been waiting over 10 days for my prescription to be refilled. I called today and talked with someone who stated she was the person in charge in the pharmacy. She stated that she didn't know if and when they would be getting the prescription in and that she was unable to check on it because it was "drop shipped". I guess I'm supposed to know what that means. NO ONE has contacted me in the 10 days, in fact, I contacted them at about 7 days waiting and was told it should be in the next day. I am heading on vacation and was told, "call your doctor to see if they can find it elsewhere" by this person. I am absolutely baffled by that response. I will no longer be using Walgreens. I think Walgreens needs to do some training with their employees in customer service.

Horrible place, they keep pointing you to the APP which rarely if ever works. So I have to call them, and stay on hold for hours while I hear repeated messages telling me I should use the APP. I finally get through and I am told to call again the next day to get the prescription filled, and that they have no idea why the prescription does not show on the app.

I went on line to make appointment for Covid Booster Shot at 8am on Friday 5/20/22 in the Chesterfield, MO location. I received confirmation at 10am on 5/20/22 that we were all set. So my husband and I took off early from work and drove to the location. But when we arrived for our shot the pharmacist proceeded to tell us that the pharmacy did not have any and said they never got in any that day. How do you confirm an appointment knowing that you don't have any shots to give? Why didn't they call me or email me. They had my information because I registered on line. The pharmacist was rude and kept blaming it on the site. He did nothing to help! He could have called another Walgreens for me to see if they had openings. But instead he was unapologetic and simply rude. I have now called Walgreen's Customer Service 3 times and can not get anyone to even return my call. The lack of a return phone call is making me even more mad. What is the point of calling customer service when Walgreens doesn't care about their customers! I don't think they even deserve the 1 star.

I went to Walgreen at 6405 Fayetteville Rd, Durham NC for a drive-thru COVID test. Waited in line for 20 minutes. The lady was on computer for 10 minutes and finally gave me the kit. All she gave me was a swab in a plastic and she asked me to insert the swab back in to the same plastic after I am done with swiping the nose. Really? I think my collection is contaminated. She does not care. What a horrible place.

The only reason that I gave them a one was because they answered the phone. Today was my fifth time calling since I was forced to send my prescription there. Customer service is horrible. They talk too low and I couldn't understand what they were saying...and "no" they were not foriegn. They are rude and keep you on hold forever or put you on hold several times, to give you no help at all. Disgraceful!!!!!

Extremely poor service. My wife's physician wanted her to use Walgreen's. No more - ever!!! It's back to Costco for us. Receive wrong information from one person. Received poor customer service from another person. Told me everything was ready, yet only gave me half the order. I will let my wife's doctor know that she should stop promoting a pharmacy that patients cannot trust. Go to Costco. You do not have to be a member there to use the pharmacy!

Apparently the Walgreens branch in Palm Desert on Varner lacks a manager. It shows! I have never been treated with such disdain and utter rudeness by service staff. The entire staff would benefit from some serious education in customer service. They demonstrate zero interest in the clients needs or concerns. Rolling eyes no eye contact or even basic good manners to even acknowledge one as a customer is staggering. Customers are treated as a complete inconvenience. Curt and rude comments are the norm here with no courtesy or respect afforded to customers many of whom are elderly and infirm. I am disgusted with the toxic ‘couldn’t care less attitude’ that is pervasive. Not surprising these unhappy people do not wear name tags. The sole redeeming polite staff member was a gentlemen by the name of Curtis who injected my shingles innoculation.
