I made an online appointment for a Covid booster shot and completed all requested information on line in order to avoid wait time filling out forms at the pharmacy. I arrived on time and was told to complete the paperwork as they don't receive the on line forms. The pharmacist was there and loudly complained about being overworked. After 30 minutes, I asked the tech about my booster shot and she alerted the pharmacist. Another 10 minutes passed and I asked again. The tech said the pharmacist was busy and to take a seat. I asked the tech why my appointment wasn't honored and she said they were very busy and they didn't have anything to do with the online appointments. I left without the booster shot.

This is one of the pharmacys I have ever visited. The pharmacist wouldn't even give me her name over the phone and I told her I would make a complaint to corporate she told me she didn't usually work at that one so go ahead. Than, she proceeded to hang up on me. She wouldn't even transfer my RX to another pharmacy. Absolutely terrible they do not care about the patients well being!!!!

Employees are rude, service is horrible. Have used drive thru and in store pickup. A sad state of affairs. We are now using Publix where one is treated with respect and service. Walgreen management really need to look at quality of service.

I am disappointed with the attitude towards customers. Photo department on 3705 Hollywood blvd, Hollywood Fl couldn't find my order first, then they offered to wait for 5 days to receive my order. However, on the website it says it will be completed the same day. I would not recommend this company to anybody.

My Walgreens is no longer open weekends. Had to go all weekend and Memorial Day without my pain meds. Week before went the day without insulin because they were closed and no call saying they would be closed weekends now. I will be switching to cvs. I get a lot of meds monthly. I will no longer do business with them.

This is for the location on Heartland Drive in Coralville, IA. I ordered photo prints and in the check out process was asked if I wanted to pick up via drive thru. I answered yes and completed check out. I arrived at the drive thru and after waiting in line was told that I could not pick up there. I then had to go into the store even though I wasn’t feeling well. Do not suggest services that you do not offer or honor. I will not use this store again!

Bad experience with product selling in Walgreens,I went to the hospital to see a family member I'm forgot my vaccination card so they send me to get a fast test pay $26 for 2 test one works the other doesn't so I didn't see my family member y report to the Walgreens store and they say nothing they can't do product call Binax now abbot .

They gave me an appointment online for a Covid test. On arrival, the pharmacy was closed. Apparently I was not the only one, there were 3 more people who had the same situation. I lost my time driving there for nothing
