The worst service ever!! They never answer their phone. They put you on hold for hours listening to music, then hang up in your face. Their pharmacy service is slow and non professional. I'm beginning to wonder about the proficiency of their pharmacist, especially when filling drug prescriptions. 🤔The parking lot is filthy with trash, homeless people all over the front lot begging. Some even make their beds and sleep. The smell is atrocious. I'm making arrangements elewhere😡

I understand that everyone is short handed but I called 4times on hold 15 minutes they pick up and hang back up just give a time that is good to call it's the first of the month and I know it can be hectic

The Walgreens 1804 E Hebron in Carrollton tx is one of the worst pharmacies in Dallas tx They have no idea what there doing or even care how there doing it So sad that this is happening

This is at Walgreens on 17th Ave in Wausau WI. I went to get my persroption I worked till 430 and know their hours changed I rushed to get there before 5. I got there, and there was 3 cars infront of me but the line was moving along. It was my turn and it was 455. They had a sign up saying no pharmacist is available and can not give out or sell any persroptions... I ran the alarm call because it wasn't 5pm yet and I was told, I am sorry but the pharmacy is closed..I said it is not 5pm... she said well they are behind and have lot to do... not okay to close early. Wasn't happy. I have transferred my prescription refill to the Bridge Street location and they had it ready in 20 mins and were very helpful and polite when I came to pick it up. Thank you Bridge Street !

I need a simple task fill my perscription..... They have it late blaming the truck, A bs reason.... Plus for the last several months ive been short....IM sick right now due to withdrawls because i dont have my medication. This is it....there are other places to get my meds..... IF they dont improve i will never use them ever again. My money will go to there compeditors

On March 26, 2022 I walked into walgreens to pick up medication for my brother I was told by the pharmacy tech I had already picked up the medications I said I have not. The pharmacist came over and said yes you did pick it up I said no I did not after waiting in line 30 minutes. He said talk to the store manager as he was walking away. I found the store manager and she said she would check waited about almost an hour she came back and said the pharmacists would fill it. I was still waiting then the pharmacists said you fill out delivery I said no. Then he said your brother did I said no my brother is a paranoid schizophrenia and would not answer the phone at all. I am the power of attorney for him always pick up his meds. The pharmacists refused to fill the medicine said if I did not receive it the mail by Wednesday to come back. My brother should not be without his medicine for that long because of his medical condition. The people at Walgreens are rude you have to wait for long periods of time. For goodness sake do not try the drive through. I have experience with more than one pharmacists they are rude so are the pharmacy techs. The store needs to be retrained on customer service the entire store. The location on 9375 Veterans Memorial should be closed down. They are the worst location ever. I will not put up with the treatment of Walgreens again. Rena

Online chat service is beyond reprehensible. It would be better if you removed this feature then constantly misrepresent and contain egregious errors like you do. Chat records are below. This happens every time I attempt to contact Walgreens.

If I was allowed to give a minus review I would. The Walgreens in Concord, Ca. at Harrison and Concord Av. is no doubt the worst pharmacy on planet earth. Standing in line with 12 people in front of you just to drop off, then pickup is the same thing again, only in reverse. Except they tell you that it’s not ready yet. Every time they waste my time, gas, and wear and tear on my vehicle. I have 28 prescriptions a month, with none being filled at the same time. This is a criminal organization!!!
