Walgreens on 10th Avenue in Great Falls Montana is the worst pharmacy ever! Been waiting 6 weeks for a prescription, and they have messed it up every week! Switching to a better pharmacy!

Switched all of our meds to another pharmacy. Every time I order scripts, I get a notice they’re ready, then when I get to Walgreens the pharmacy is closed. Sometimes for days! My husband is diabetic and cannot wait a week for insulin.

My son and I recently went to Walgreens for a Covid test. The process was easy, but the customer experience was HORRIBLE. We never received our results and Nelish the pharmacy manager at the Cheltenham Philadelphia store was so arrogant and unwilling to help us. His smugness amazed and infuriated me. I can't imagine corporate management would do anything but fire him if they witnessed our interaction. We will never step foot into any Walgreens again!

There is always a misunderstanding about what is needed refilled or filled if I get more than one prescription filled at once. When I ask before leaving the store I'm told it's all in there. When I get home and realize I don't have everything I call the store and I get attitude from the employee over the phone from the very beginning. Which is shocking because in the store and drive thru everyone is nice and friendly. Because of Covid, gas, and you guys are always very busy it's a little overwhelming having to make so many trips to Walgreens.

You can have your prescription from Walgreens AND ONLY THAT! Don't ever shop online with Walgreens because you'll only be upset. The stock level displayed online is not accurate and you'll receive not the correct number of items you ordered because they're out of stock. You'll just be wasting money on the delivery. In my case I ordered 5 packs of Jell-Os and only 2 arrived. I ordered 4 cans of chicken broth and 5 bots of Gatorade and only 2 cans of chicken broth arrived. What a waste of time and delivery fees!

Walgreens are truly awful for contact lenses. They take forever to arrive, forever to confirm your prescription, and if anything ever happens so that you need assistance you won't get it as their customer support and customer relations teams are unbelievably unhelpful/seem completely disinterested in helping customers.
