Pharmacy is the absolute worst. Always has long lines, medications never ready on time, rude incompetent staff more interested in playing on their phones than assisting anyone. Go to the Walgreens on Grant and Silverbell for better service or CVS

Had an allergic reaction to Walgreens Light Absorption Rolled Gauze 4in. X 2.5 yd. My skin was turning red and was extremely itchy, had to remove the gauze to get relief. I called "Questions or Comments" (800) 633-5463 as printed on the product box. I asked to know what the Walgreens Rolled Gauze was made-of? I was then told they only give info/advice for Medway products, not Walgreens products. What's this? I then opened a Chat Window on the Walgreens website. I asked the pharmacist rep to know what the Walgreens Rolled Gauze was made-of. She then asked me to wait a moment while she looked-up the product so I waited, wasn't much over a minute before I received a warning saying the chat window would be closing due to inactivity! And before I could blink or do anything the stinking chat window closed! Demons! I'll never buy anything from Walgreens again because Walgreens sucks!

Not worth the 1 star, but for eye drops I’ve been waiting almost two weeks for. I took my son back to see another doctor because the one that wrote the RX wouldn’t respond. So skip the “ middle man” and do the work for pharmacy but mostly for my child! And still pharmacy cannot get thee crap together!! You know pple don’t like KAREN’s but it takes a KAREN before anybody listens and does there job!! Terrible customer service, at the end of the day does it really matter what pharmacy I go too, because aren’t they all along with the Doctors just out for some $$$$$$ extra cash! “Corporates” suck!!! And I’m still waiting for RX.

My vimpat is filled three months at a time but lately they just have been packing in just one months worth and charging for three, When this comes up they say let’s look on the cameras and they claim they see the correct amount of pills being transferred but never show the footage to me. The attitudes just keep getting worse each month so I finally just went somewhere else

All the Walgreens Pharmacy are close near me???? Need an RX STAT, Had to get on call doctor to send new number - I can not relay on Walgreens to support us any more - sorry to have to go and find new a new Pharmacy.!!!!
