Female in pharmacy smarted off to me simply because I stated I was from out of state and will have to wait on my med. My sister was with me and heard her hateful comments also. then after waiting 2 hrs., my sister asked how long it would be, and they had already been filled but the rude girl never let us know. This was in Lagrange Ga., and will never step foot in that store. again.

I tried several times to submit my prescription. The first time they said that they did not receive, the second time they said that the photo of the recipe was of poor quality. I got tired of trying and I ordered from another pharmacy.

Could've went lower if they let me.. This review us based on website lack of testing sites and horrible customer service .. Start with the website to sign up for testing is a total train wreck and I'm being nice ..not one place in Davidson county do they offer . But I couldn't find a time in the whole state . So definitely not enough locations . They have locations in Virginia but they don't test and never have .. Call customer service they only want to vacate.. we r passed that or so I thought.. it's not isolated to this big pharmacy cvs no different. With a 83 percent disapproval rating u think they would improve .. But I figure the people who read this from the company are many of the same people I talked to .. And more than likely you will to . You need to step up walgreens for your customers sake

I got our medication from Rite Aid until Walgreens bought them and our records was transferred to Walgreens. Since then every month when I refill my son’s 4 seizure medications it is never in stock. A week and a half ago I put in for refills, looked on the app a couple days later and saw that I needed to contact the pharmacy. I called and was told scripts were needed from the provider. I told them I knew they had refills for these two meds because the Dr had sent them while I was in his office and I received a text from Walgreens telling me they were received. The were snotty and repeated they did not have refills. 3 calls to the Dr. and 5 calls to pharmacy and still no medication. By this time my son had been out of 1 of his seizure meds for 3 days and had just run out of a 2nd one. I went to the pharmacy and asked if the medication was ready and was told they still needed refills. After a conversation with the tech, she decided to look again and replied,” oh he does have refills it’s under the generic name. So my son who previously had over 100 seizures a day, had brain surgery and a vagil nerve implant had been without his medication for 3 days, because no one at that store cared enough to look at the generic name and had the refills all the time. Needless to say, Walgreens will never get anymore of my business. Besides being scared to death my son was going to start having more seizures, I spent a week and a half stressed to the max trying to get this resolved and no one there cared.

Covington pharmacy manager needs to be fired poor management skills and training of subordinates…..!! Unreal fricken real the customer service.. I can not say enough about the worst customer service if my life time …. Better yet shut the store down and make it a dog kennel!!!!

I went to Walgreens today to pick up pictures. I gave the girl a 20.00 for a bill of 6.54. I got only 13.00 change she said she had no change Walgreens made .46 more . Walgreens is making money above what is due. Ref is 1939-6215-8432-2206-2403.

If I could give a "0" rating I would! How is there no "on-call" pharmacist available when the store's pharmacist calls in sick? Our family member was discharged from the hospital & a pain medicine was called in to this pharmacy. Within 1 hour after leaving the hospital we find the pharmacy had closed at 5 pm. This is on a Wednesday. Employees working the store explained that the pharmacist had called in sick & the pharmacy had to close. Does the world of pharmaceuticals come to a complete stop because a pharmacist calls in sick? Other pharmacies have on-call pharmacists who fill in when needed. Wonder how many customers who had medical emergencies couldn't get their meds this evening & found it was too late to have the prescription switched to another location. Never heard of this occurring ever in the years of filling prescriptions. Obviously, we'll be changing pharmacies to one that provides a more professional service.

Walgreens at 100 Broadway in Elmwood Park NJ is the worst place to call for your prescription or to speak with a pharmacist. They have you on hold for 55 mins when you call and then when they answer the phone they place you back on hold until the phone starts ringing again and the cycle is repeated. Then the pharmacist there give you what they feel you should have. Don't get me started on the slow workers there. Walgreens need to be broken down and rebuild with better service. This is unacceptable even if you were dreaming. NO WONDER WALGREENS IS A 1 STAR RATED STORE.
