Walgreens a typical woke company. They would not fill a prescription for ivermectin for COVID, Last I knew it was not the Pharmacist job to determine the drugs needed that is a Doctor's job. It is fine we found a reputable pharmacy to use from here on out.

I have been wondering if other Walgreens’s were as bad as the one in Jefferson City, Tennessee . I have been trying to get 3 scripts filled 4 days in a row. I got text messages and emails that my scripts were ready for pick up but when I went to pick up they said it was to early. The male pharmacist told me to never come back, I believe his name is Tucker.

Walgreens on Peachtree in Brookhaven Ga. My doctor refilled my Bystolic 90 day prescription at Walgreens a year ago. I had previously been paying $115 at Rite Aid. But my doctor gave me a $15 coupon and clearly told me the 90 day prescription should only be $15 now due to a new program by Bystolic. So, a year ago my Rite Aid closed and I went to Walgreens. They told me “my insurance declined the coupon” and was going to charge me $400 for a 90 day prescription. I walked away after speaking directly to the pharmacist who said he would look into it. 2 days later the pharmacist called and said with the coupon the charge would be $209. I didn’t go pick it up. One week later I got a message from Walgreens stating I could pick it up and it was $15. I picked it up and paid the $15. One year later Walgreens called to remind me it was time for a refill and the 90 day cost was $229. So when I arrived I asked them if they had the coupon on record. They said yes but it must have expired. Lucky me for activating a new coupon before I got there. Didn’t work. So I called my insurance company. They stated that they do not honor the coupon because the coupon comes directly from Bystolic. They called Walgreens on my behalf. Walgreens called me back and said it is now $90.00 because the doctor should have called in the “generic” brand to honor the coupon. I called my doctor back and he called in the generic brand to CVS. CVS called and said the 90 day price was $50.00. Upon arrival at CVS I presented the coupon. Within 2 minutes the pharmacist keyed it in and stated the following verbatim: “Your doctor called in the generic. I’m going to change it to the brand name Bystolic so you can use the $15 coupon. From now on it will be $15 every 90 days. You can just keep this copy of the coupon for your records.” Nye! You figure out on your own what Walgreens was trying to do.

DO NOT BUY COVID 19 TESTING MATERIAL FROM WALGREENS. I WAS IN WALGREENS PICKING UP 4 PRESCRIPTIONS FOR MY WIFE. SHE HAD JUST GOTTEN OUT OF THE HOSPTAL. SHE HAD KNEE REPLACEMENT SURGERY. THEY DID NOT HAVE ONE MEDICATION AND HAD TO TRAVEL TO ANOTHER STORE. WHILE I WAS THERE I WANTED TO PICK UP A COVID 19 TESTING SWABS. I WANTED THE FREE TESTS. THEY HAD A DISPLAY ON THE PHARMACY COUNTER. I MADE THE ASSUPTION THEY WERE THE FREE TESTS. WRONG, THEY WERE 23.99. IUSED MY EXPRESS PAY AND DID NOT NOTICE THE CHARGE FOR THE TESTS TILL I GOT HOME. I THOUGHT IT WOULD NOT BE A PROBLEM TAKING THEM BACK SINCE I DID NOT BREAK THE SEAL ON THE BOX. WRONG AGAIN! I WAS TOLD IT WAS A CORPORATE POLICY NOT TO TAKE BACK TESTING MATERIAL. THE CASHIER DID NOT TELL ME OF THE POLICY AND THERE WERE NO SIGNS OF THE POLICY AROUND THE DISPLAY. I,M RETIRED AND WITH THE INFLATION HURTING EVERYONE, IT REALLY HURTS PEOPLE ON FIXED INCOMES. I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PAY FOR FOOD. $24 IS REALLY ALOT FOR MY FAMILY. UNLESS WALGREENS MAKES THIS RIGHT THEY WILL LOSE A LONG TIME CUSTOMER.

Walgreens at: 11690 SW 72nd St Miami, FL 33173 0 /negative stars. I've never been spoken to so disrespectfully before. When people are sick and they are trying to get their medicine they don't need an man yelling at them. (Exactly from another review here)They need someone who is going to be pleasant attentive and more importantly patient. I spoke with a man yesterday by phone (I have panic attacks and agoraphobia with anxiety) Asking him for the prescriptions my new psychiatrist sent to them in the 27th, There are two different medications with refills, I don't know what he do with my prescriptions because there was only one refill left for both medications and I never get the first one. They sold me the refills last night from a new doctor and new prescription which I never get. He was so rude and arrogant treated me like a drug consumer or cracked person. I have anxiety, agoraphobia, degenerative arthritis, and depression in my clinical history! I will ask for my medicaments History at Walgreens headquarters, and also to my doctors, they are messing up with my medications. Also I have told them 100 times I ever pay cash, I don't have any insurance because I am a business owner. This is the closest 24 hours pharmacy for me, and my son or daughter pick up my prescriptions at they convenience because they worked every day! I have periods of time in the need of my mental health medicaments to function well. This year is one of these periods. The man working here at the pharmacy is a unprofessional and please give to him an educative course in mathematics, 2 pills a day for 30 pills is 15 days he is in need of some professional advise. On the 27th I see in my walgreens account 2 medicaments with one refill each, when for first time I place the order yesterday, only the refills are available...How this can be? I will report them to all pertinent authorities.

I almost die waiting for somebody answering the phone and always they screw my prescriptions.

They do not have a" Perscription Pick up drive through", it is a waiting line for prescriptions to be filed or doctors to be called , etc. In other words be prepared to wait, and wait and wait. When you try to call in you have to listen to many unnecessary recordings.

Worst pharmacy ever in Timonium, MD Picked up my 6 year old’s script today. Got home and looked at the medicine. It was the wrong script prescribed for a different person. Went back and they wanted to give me a gift card for what I had paid for the wrong script. First time in Walgreens and LAST!!
