Why would you not have a/c in ur Williston store? That is not right, treating your employees that way. I won’t be shopping there

Horrible service. Each time I receive alerts that my medication will be ready on a certain date and time. After two years of having to use Walgreens due to company insurance requirements, it has never been ready and has taken up to two weeks later to be completed.

My doctor called in a script 7/18, 6 days ago. I paid for same day delivery, and it was not delivered. I was then refunded. Next day I requested FedEx delivery, which is 1 to 2 days. Never received. Every day I called and was told it was picked up, yet once I talked to someone who was willing to check, script was still there. Day after day, same thing. Yesterday I was told I'd have to get an order from the doctor to get a refill. IT WAS NEVER RECEIVED IN THE FIRST PLACE! Every day, day after day, and I'm getting sicker and sicker. Antibiotic was for an infection inside my hand that now has spread to my bloodstream. Finally, today, 7/24, I found a courier to get it. Courier texted me from Walgreens saying that the pharmacy said the script was picked up. It was not! Every day it said it was picked up! Finally, after screaming and crying, they sent someone right here to deliver it. I will NEVER buy even an aspirin from Walgreens again. It's 2280 Las Vegas Blvd., in Las Vegas. I am contacting Corporate office Monday and may take them to court!

I called today to get a prescription filled. I was on hold for an hour then hung up on call back and put on hold again and disconnected. Finally decided to drive a long distance to the store to physically talk to a human to get it filled only to find a note on the door stating that they closed at 1:30. What? Why can't they let people know. What a waste of gas. Going to switch pharmacies

Walgreens has been my pharmacy for over 20 years. I have personal relationships with many people who work behind the pharmacy counter. I am now on the phone waiting to speak to someone from national headquarters. I just got voice mail. If this is true, I will bring my business elsewhere. An uneducated minimum wage employee has no business deciding what they will and won't sell. You took the job, do the job. I believe Muslim supermarket cashiers must sell and handle pork regardless of their religious beliefs, And pro-life cashiers must sell any product in the store unless it is illegal to sell to a particular age, i.e., cigarettes to a nine-year-old. You signed the contract, and you take the paycheck. Do your job. Can anyone recommend a pharmacy that does not allow uneducated employees to tell customers what customers can and cannot buy based on the employee's mythology? My complaint is that after being on hold for over 20 minutes, my phone call was disconnected. When I called back, all one could do was leave a voicemail. This shows a lack of concern about customer service.

We have been with Walgreens for years. This year we have had so many problems. They said insurance didn't cover things (rx we've had for years). When we called the insurance everything was in order. I don't know if it's poor training or laziness. We are done with Walgreens.

I just move to a new neighborhood and stop by at store07681 on 1960 humble I ask the cashier some questions about my reward points She was rude and definitely did not want to answer none of my questions I ask her what store number is this and she respond Is on your receipt so is my name !!!! I work on costumer service and we are not allow to bring our attitude at work Rita smith
