If I could write 0 I would. A prescription was sent in which I requested a delivery via the app. Once the prescription showed filled on the app, the delivery request disappeared. When I called the pharmacy, they said it wasn’t filled and to come pick up. 4 days later I was able to pick up and had to wait 20 minutes because it still wasn’t filled. Never sending anything to Walgreens again.

Had to leave this terrible terrible pharmacy. Told me they couldn't refill my blood pressure pills that I've taken for 30 years. Went back several times and still no refill for a generic cheap pill. Finally, they "gave" me five pills and actually filled my prescription on the third time. Last time I ever did any business with them. Unprofessional, rude and uncaring group in the pharmacy and at the registers except for a handful of people. Worst local pharmacy around. Even the employees don't use them to fill prescriptions as they told me on my way out. Avoid this place. Everything is overpriced from suntan lotion to bottled drinks and especially any kind of "medical" equipment. Should go out of business. Automatic refill is a joke. Sometimes you get bottles and bottles of pills you didn't even order. Springfield, Tennessee. They had a very nice manager who tried to improve this store but believe corporate would have to come in to save it and WHO CARES??

Why would anyone shop a place that puts their own personal religion over the health of their customers? Best decision I made was switching over to CVS. Denying someone medication because they feel its in THEIR best interest that you don't have it is quite frankly disgusting practice.

I’m so sick of this store , between the incompetent employees that can’t never get my insurance right to cover my meds. Every month I must wait and argue with them for the same problem , I take all the precautions against covid wear a face mask always , the only place and people I am around once a month . Well last Friday I was in there arguing about my meds and insurance coverage for about 45 minutes , Monday I came down sick Tuesday I tested positive for covid ! So with these girls being incompetent they also don’t think they have to wear a face covering ! I feel that pharmacy techs and pharmacist should be treated as medical personnel, they come in contact with everyone and should have face covering ! Everyone of my neighbors will be my witness that that is the only place I go once a month ! Thank god my symptoms are mild so far but the next person may not be as luck :( it’s sad . I called health dept . And Walgreens cooperate and they are definitely looking into this !

They auto-refill my prescriptions that I have said not to refill and the keep trying to auto-refill prescriptions that cannot be auto-refilled. They are slow to fill prescriptions.

This company is absolute garbage. Terrible customer service. Doesn't have crucial asthma maintenance medications when I need them. Doesn't answer phones. Switching pharmacies tomorrow. I hope they go under due to consistently abhorrent service over the past couple of years.

The only reason I gave it 1 star is because u can't give a 0. No matter what time of day it is, u r going to wait an hour in line to pick up your meds. I literally waited for 2 hours 1 time, stuck in the drive through line, just to finally make it to the window, just in time for them to me the pharmacist went on a lunch break, and that the text I got about my script being ready was wrong. The staff is rude, and it is clear to see when u watch them, that they r in absolutely no rush what so ever to fill your scripts, or even come to the counter to take the next customer. All of these people should be fired, and go work at a fast food restaurant, they certainly have that kind of attitude. The store manager should be embarrassed by the lack of customer service, or maybe they don't care. Ridiculous

8/9/22 As of today's date no one from Walgreens has attempted to contact me even after I filed a complaint with their corporate customer service department. This really shows that this company doesn't care about the health of their patients and only care about themselves and getting their fat bonuses - this is from the corporate team down to the district managers and some of the store managers! There's normally only 1- 2 employees in the front of the store which really jeopardizes the safety of the lonely cashier on duty. I am a recent kidney transplant recipient and because of my BCBS Insurance I am dictated to get the majority of my anti-rejection meds through Walgreens. I have had so many issues with the Pharmacy located on Chapel Hill Road in Douglasville, GA with getting medications in a timely manner. I placed an order on July 15, 2022 and since the Pharmacy had not notified me that my order was ready, I stopped by on July 18th at 9:30 a.m. to check on the script and I was told by one of their pharmacy technicians that my medicine was short filled because they didn't have enough pills in stock and the remainder of the order would be in the next day. I actually gave them two extra days but when I didn't hear from them again, I called the pharmacy on July 22nd and was put on eternal hold and was then told that they still didn't have enough pills in stock and they would be in on today, July 25th. Still as of 10:00 p.m. tonight there has been no communication from the store. I filed a complaint with the Walgreens Corporate Complaint Hotline on Friday night and still I haven't heard anything from the Pharmacy Manager, Store Manager nor the District Manager. These non actions really show me what I have known for a long time that they don't care about customer service nor the health of their customers. Once again I remind you that I am a recent kidney transplant
