Once again, they screwed up. I've been out of my antidepressant for a week now. Supposed to be on auto-refill. I asked Thursday of last week to mail to me. I haven't received it (but they charged me). Now they're saying I have to pay full price to have it replaced. They say no shipping label was ever created, and have no idea where my meds went/are, yet it's on me?? Same thing happened with one of my blood pressure meds a couple of months ago. Absolutely done with Walgreens.

I was in a hurry, found what I wanted quickly, cashier rang me up, I inserted my credit card - then the customer behind me asked about some coupon. The cashier left the counter, went to another counter to look. She couldn't wait 10 seconds to give me my receipt before taking care of the other customer? I had to leave without it.

We were notified that Walgreen's had our prescription ready. My husband stood in line for over a half hour. Walgreem's is woefully understaffed in the pharmacy. ONE SINGLE CLERK WAS PROCESSING 15 PEOPLE. We are transferring to CVS.

I've used this Walgreens on Freedom Dr in Charlotte NC.. For over 12 years Thousands of dollars a month. The Major problems I've had Plus other people. Look at reviews ? Only !!!!! Reason I've used this store 2 miles from my home. The employees are a joke in the pharmacy. I've seen them cuss out customers. Be little them. Techs on phones. Set in drive thru. Over 30 mins. And now the pharmacy has been shut down for 7 days and me on pain. Can't get it filled an I'm out. Walgreens is so big they've got they don't care. Money.... like me now out of pain meds and having to go to the hospital for relief. How many others are suffering? I'll bet you I'm done with them. And PLUS !!!!! I'm going to post on ever line I can to let people know just how bad Walgreens is and plus go to this store with signs to protest them. Plus call Channel 9 to get attention on this store and the public.. How stupid can a Corp. Be ??? In business to take care of people not to .... them over. Stupid ...

Lake City, FL WALGREENS UNPROFESSIONAL, SLOW, UNHELPFUL, ARROGANT, INCOMPETENT. IN ONE WORD A. VERY SORRY PHARMACY THAT SHOULD NOT EXIST. WILL NEVER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN, AND WILL ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO DO THE SAME. SOCIAL MEDIA IS THE TOOL.

At the Walgreens in Moultrie, GA this morning .The front desk clerk and store manager on duty were extremely rude and hostile.Talk to you like you are one of their children or a dog.This Walgreen has a bad reputation in Moultrie and we do not like to shop there because of the staff.

I bought some stuff online at Walgreens and my goodness!! Looks like someone angrily stepped on these things when he/she was assembling my box. I do not wish anyone to receive purchases under these conditions. At least when I contacted Walgreens, the employee gave me a $20 bonus for the inconvenience. Okay, that was nice of her, but I want to buy good stuff and receive good stuff without having to contact the company for returning. Maybe I won't shop online at Walgreens anymore...

I have been with Walgreens since 1967. Due to Staffing at the pharmacy only, rude staff on the phone. Non-empathetic customer service. I will now be taking my business elsewhere due to this experience
