I am a long time customer of Walgreens (not sure why) and always run into issues when getting prescriptions filled due to an illness. Seems their online prescription system doesn’t receive what is sent from the doctors office and/or a terrible wait time. Yesterday I had issues picking up flu meds and today the same for my husband. We had to drive back to urgent care and get his prescription in paper because their system wasn’t working. I will be changing pharmacies for sure. Enough is enough.

I called in a refill for cancer related med on Wed and was told it was back-ordered. When my script disappeared from my Walgreens app I was told by the store manager the pharmacy closed Thursday and Friday and would reopen on Sat but they remained closed on Saturday. Had the Walgreens manager told me the truth I could have had my Oncologist rewrite the script for another store. I was told the pharmacy staff hates working for this corporation since this is an ongoing issue in store across Springfield, IL.

Walgreens lost my COVID-19 test and NEVER REPORTED my results to me. On July 22, I followed the links and requested a drive-through appointment for the COVID-19 PCR test at my local Walgreens on Joe Frank Harris Parkway in Cartersville GA, Walgreens #17686. When I arrived the pharmacy tech was unmasked and did not understand the procedure. Another tech came to help her, but there was obvious confusion. They gave me the test materials which I self-administered. All of the information in the printout for my contacts was correct. I had already received two emails confirming my testing appointment. I subsequently called two or three times trying to obtain my test results and the robots told me that test results were not available. In a third call attempt, I tried calling the store and instead reached some global customer service rep who was unable to help me. She suggested that I RETURN TO THE STORE where the test was taken and demand my results. Since I suspected I had the virus, I was unwilling to RETURN TO THE STORE. That is horrible advice. Losing my test is completely unacceptable and irresponsible.

Was put on hold for 6 minutes, then picked up and hung up on me. I called back and the Pharmacist was rude and talking over me. Very poor customer service.

I had made an appointment for a Covid Test at 10:10 one morning. When I got to the pharmacy there was a gentleman and a woman sitting waiting for the pharmacy to open. I went to the Covid check in window and was told to sit down and give them a few minutes. The woman approached the window and asked if she could also get a Covid Test. She was told to go online and sign up I heard her tell the pharmacy there were no appointments available around her dad's time of 10:50. She was told to worry she could get a shot anyway. They opened for shots, and I had the first appointment, however the pharmacy not only took the man who had a 10:50 appointment before me, they took the woman who had NO appointment at all. As I was on a schedule that day I asked the kid st the pharmacy why they were taken before me. I was told it was because they got there before me. I then asked them why they make you schedule an appointment and he sarcastically told me he does it the way he wants to and appointment times mean nothing at all. I called their customer service and filed a complaint and was told I would be hearing back from someone within 48 hours. Never received a call back. Called customer service today and was explaining to him what happened and why no one called me back. All he said to ke was he was sorry I am unhappy with their store and I don't have to shop there. I was completely shocked! And no, I don't have to shop there and never will again!

Why is my Walgreens pharmacy in Florissant closed inside and only drive thru and the Walgreens near my office pharmacy is open inside and drive thru open and fully staffed. Fix it or close the stores I will no longer be shopping at a store that fails to answer phones and fill prescriptions.

Never enough help. Stores are very dirty. App is very poor. Inaccurate information on prescriptions fill dates. Wait in drive thru average time is 1/2 hour. Management needs to get there act together.

I have provided a full complaint to the better business bureau. I am requesting for a higher authority to contact me ASAP.
