My prescription for Omeprazole was last filled on 04/14/2021. I have been without since 06/28/2021. At 30 days I would be 18 days short. Never happened before. Also my prescription for Metoprolol was last filled on 3/30/2021. I have been without since 6/21/2021. At 30 days I would be 9 days short (18 tablets). Again, never happened before. So I don't know what's going on with the pharmacy @ the Walgreens location on 4402 Pennsylvania Ave. Big Chimney, WV 25302. Not sure if someone in pharmacy doesn't know basic math or what. Lastly the app needs major attention. It's beyond inaccurate.

I went there to buy sunscreen. I asked the cashier (who was reading a magazine) where the sunscreen was, she looked up at me like she was annoyed that I was disrupting her while she was trying to read. She then looked back down and continued to read her magazine and just pointed in the direction of the sunscreen.

The Loxahatchee store location is very low on inventory. Almost looks like they are going out of business. Employees are very nice. Maybe it is new management...when Mr. Ceus was the manager...the store was a 10 star rating.

Walgreens at 5701 NW 183 St. Hialeah, FL. Had appointment for COVID-19 vaccine. 8:38 am and they haven’t opened!! Supposedly it would be open at 8. Finally opened the window by 8:41 but NO service. Employee walks around — drinking coffee. Upsetting. Finally at 8:45 they started service. Very upsetting.

Rite Aid sold like 4 billion worth of stores to Walgreens. Walgreens sucks plain and simple! Their vitamins are terrible & they don’t carry the same eyedrops, I used to buy or products, and CVS has them all, even appliances… Rite Aid has right & it was wonderful they’re too far for me to go now, about 20 miles from the nearest store but, Bad news for Walgreens I gave my car that cancel the account and I will order the stuff online, from other sources and Rite Aid and screw Walgreens❗️🤢🤮 My insurer transferred my insurance to CVS and I’m glad they did it even the pharmacy was horrible they would give you 30 pills or CVS cost me 90 and I don’t have to run back every 30 days!!

I bought a daily organizer for insulin pens. The delivery was fast but on the next day, I found the same organizer almost 2x cheaper. that's a pity.

I don't usually complain but I have picked up medication on two separate occasions at the Walgreens on Sherron Rd. Durham North Carolina. There were white females in front of me on both occasions. The white clerk did not ask them to verify their address, as soon as I a Black woman stepped to the corner the white clerk immediately asked me to verify my address. I immediately asked her why didn't you ask the woman in front of me? One clerk lied and said she showed me her ID. *She didn't because I was standing behind her). The second occasion the clerk said she forgot to ask the woman, but immediately asked me. I didn't want to believe it, but they show preference towards white people.

The Biofinity lenses are great and the price was good thru Walgreens, however - Don't expect rapid shipping or even normal delivery. Placed my order on May 1 and finally received my lenses on May 19th. I had to contact Walgreens twice to get them shipped finally. Also, Walgreens did not and would not process my vision insurance benefits. Because of the delayed shipping, I ended up ordering from Contacts Direct, where I was able to use my insurance and HSA and got my lenses the next day.
