ordered a pickup online at the walgreens in beverly hills florida. i can't understand why i, or anyone else shops there. i asked an employee where the pickup counter is (no signs that i saw) and they asked what am i getting, i responded OTC allergy med. the response was pharmacy. i go around the corner and there are 4 customers in line, so i wait. i waited about 3 to 4 minutes and did not hear anyone communicating to anyone. dead silence. so, i estimated it would be at least a 30 minute wait so i left. happens EVERY TIME. it is disgusting that people in the beverly hills florida area are looking for a job at walgreens and a lot of other places but walgreens insist on running the store with a skeleton crew. thats really rich when walgreens pays ZERO taxes. i am going to avoid walgreens at all costs!!!!

I was going to keep Walgreens because…
I was going to keep Walgreens because they used FedEx on my first 6 orders. I thought they have contract with FedEx. on my last order today. I ordered today and I got email with tracking number and it was USPS!!!! I REALLY HATE USPS!!!!! I AM TRYING TO AVOID COMPANIES WHO USE USPS!!!! They need to give the customers choices on shipping carriers on their orders. I just did a test order on something cheap, and they are still using USPS. It will be my last order. Once, USPS get my last order. UPDATE: hahahahah They DELETED my account from their site. they can go hell!!! GOODBYE!!!! I HATE THIS STORE SO MUCH NOW!!!!

Walgreens on Main St
Walgreens on Main St, South Glens Falls, is poorly managed! Every time we go there, something gets screwed up. This morning we tried to fill a prescription, the pharmacy was CLOSED!!!

I am absolutely shocked and disgusted…
I am absolutely shocked and disgusted by the incompetence and lack of care shown by the Walgreens pharmacy on Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard in West Palm Beach.
Yesterday I was released from Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center after undergoing major open-heart surgery for aortic valve replacement caused by bicuspid aortic valve stenosis. The hospital sent NINE critical prescriptions to this Walgreens location before my discharge so I could begin recovery safely at home.
When I arrived almost 20 hours later to pick them up, I was informed only ONE prescription was ready. The other EIGHT had not been filled because they “had to order them.” Nobody called me. Nobody warned me. Nobody attempted to transfer the prescriptions to another pharmacy. Nobody seemed to care that I had just come home from heart surgery and medically depended on these medications.
After a major cardiac operation, medications are not optional. Delays can affect pain control, blood pressure, heart rhythm stability, inflammation, clot prevention, and overall recovery. The stress this caused me during the first full day home from open-heart surgery was unbelievable.
What angers me most is the complete lack of urgency and compassion. A responsible pharmacy would have contacted me immediately, searched nearby locations, transferred prescriptions, or found some emergency solution for a recovering cardiac patient. Instead, I was left standing there being told eight medications were unavailable as if it were no big deal.
This pharmacy showed absolutely no concern for patient care, communication, or basic professionalism. For anyone with serious medical needs, especially post-surgical patients, I strongly recommend thinking twice before trusting this Walgreens location with your health.

I am advising you not to do business…
I am advising you not to do business with Walgreens. I have pancreatic cancer and need medicine to extend my life. My doctor sent a prescription for CREON, an expensive pancreatic drug. The order was made on Monday, May 4th.
I was told the pills would be ordered that day…I got a text from Walgreens the next day (5th) saying the prescription was on hold -reviewing insurance, and no action is needed. On the 6th, since I desperately need this drug, I went to the store and talked to the pharmacist. She said someone from the upper echelon at Walgreens had randomly put the drug on hold because it said the medication must be taken with food. She said it was out of her hands didn’t know when this would be resolved.
Walgreens never told me who pulled this, or how to contact them, or their qualifications to override a veteran physician. They never even contacted Blue Cross, Blue Shield of North Carolina, about the insurance or coverage. I was referred to Walgreens by BCBS of NC because they were in network, and my drug was definitely covered.
Blue Cross, Blue Shield representative tried to resolve this for me by calling the local Walgreens. She called them a bit before 12 noon and was put on hold. At 12 p.m., they said they were now closed and would have to call back after 1 p.m.
So ask yourself before shopping there. “If I were terminal or someone in my family was, would I wait to pay this company a lot of money to do business?”

The Walgreens health online visits are…
The Walgreens health online visits are a SCAM!!!! I paid $69 for a virtual weight loss consultation and got prescribed 1 months of medication then never heard from my doctor ever again. I sent dozens of messages trying to get a refill and discuss my side effects but never got a response. Then finally after 3 months of messaging I got a second prescription and told I had to pay $69 all over again just for them to refill my prescription. This isn’t a service where a doctor is managing my weight loss or even providing me health check ins or refills. The worse service out there. You’re better off going through Ro or GoodRX at least you’ll get refills

Im so disappointed
Im so disappointed. I've been going to Walgreens for years and years. I regularly use the photo department. They always have a lot of trouble finding my order. Yesterday was next level. Kept telling me I had no order. Guess what? She found it. Rude attitude.
About a month ago we used their fed ex service. We were returning a $500.00 amazon order. She acted like we were a HUGE inconvenience. She said she'd send us the tracking #, she did not. FED EX doesn't have any number to track and Amazon says they dont have the item. Thanks Wagreens!

Walgreens pharmacy (Fort Wayne)
My local Walgreens pharmacy (Liberty Mills/US 24 in Fort Wayne, IN) calls multiple times a month to tell me about vaccinations I may need. At first, I would explain that I have already had those vaccinations at my doctor's office, but they would still call back a few days later. I have repeatedly asked them to update their records and stop calling, to no avail. The person calling has even apologized and told me they are ordered to call everyone on a list, even if that person has responded they don't need the vaccinations. I have received close to a dozen such calls this year. I may have to change pharmacies just to avoid endless unnecessary calls. This is the worst kind of "marketing" that simply alienates customers.
