I hate being ripped off, but took one for the team recently. $14.99 for 2 Duracell 9V Batteries! The choice was 7 more miles to Target for $9.39 or take the JAB at a 59% FY upcharge! *ucK Walgreen's! My doctor called in a prescription on Thursday August 18th. I arrived at the Walgreens 3 pm the following day and it had not been filled yet. She explained they were busy. I worked at this pharmacy years ago and this would have never happened. Will not return. There is no customer service at this or any local Walgreen. So sad our world is falling apart and no one cares.

Charged me double for an inhaler while I had covid. Do no use express pay (prepay) or they will allow your friend to pay for your prescription when they go into pick up you prescription. I contacted walgreens multiple times and never received any response.

Walgreens at 636 White Horse Pike, Absecon, NJ, is absolutely horrible with untrained employees and zero customer service. In July 2022, I needed a PCR COVID test for a medical procedure and scheduled an appointment for the drive-thru. I had an Rx and I knew my insurance fully covered a monitored test. When I got there I was told that my insurance refused to pay for it and the test (which I needed) was $128.99 out of pocket. I paid, completed the test, and subsequently spoke to my insurance company who confirmed that the test should have been fully covered, with no out of pocket. It appears Walgreens submitted it improperly, which is why it was denied. Now, if I am lucky, I might get a partial reimbursement from my insurance. I had several conversations with the store, including the manager, to try resolve this and I got absolutely nowhere. They could care less and assumed no responsibility. The lack of professionalism and customer service was pathetic. I will never do business with any Walgreens again.

I shopped at the Walgreens located at E Plaza Dr Mooresville NC 28115. I asked the employee at the register to match their online prices. He said, “I can’t.” Walgreens corporate said it’s individual store choice. He chose not to match those prices. I don’t like stuff like this. If you can sell it online for a particular price, you can sell it to me in the store at the same price if I ask. Most people don’t ask. I do. It’s easier to shop at Walmart where it’s just low prices pretty much all the time.

On Monday 15 August 22 I walked in a written prescription because my pain management drs office had no electricity on that particular day so my prescriptions had to be handwritten. The employees name by the name Alex at the Walgreens pharmacy on Rose and Gonzales in Oxnard said to me that she couldn’t take my prescription because ALL the lines on the top of the prescription had to be filled out. The date of prescription, my name, DOB and drs signature were filled out. So Alex tells me that I had to take it back to my dr and have him fill out my address, gender and my phone number well when I took it back to my drs office which is in Camarillo I explained to my doctor what Alex had told me and requested that ALL the lines on the top had to be filled out my dr was like shocked and said; doesn’t she know what the law requires? She (Alex) should know what the law requires on a prescription. My over all review of this time and past times Alex has provided very poor customer service and this has been an on going problem with her since she’s been employed there. I have been getting my prescriptions with Walgreens for years and it’s time that someone higher up has a talk with her because she is a very rude employee and if shes treating me a customer I just wonder how many others are being treated in this unprofessional, rude manner. This particular issue really made me mad after she made me go all the way back to Camarillo for nothing. Alex is a very rude employee and it seems to me that she must have some personal issues but she doesn’t need to bring those issues to her place of employment. Please please you need to take this matter seriously because she’s imposing a bad bad reputation for Walgreens. I shop pretty much on a daily basis at Walgreens on Rose and Gonzales it’s close to where I live it’s a really short walking distance and I like shopping there but when it comes to the pharmacy department this person is always moody, rude and she’s rude over the phone too and very unprofessional. I would not recommend the Walgreen pharmacy in 1312 Manchester Rd, Glastonbury, CT. I have terrible experience today. I went there to pick up a medicine for my son who has his prescription from our pedestrian yesterday, the female staff told me I need to wait 15 minutes, so I shopped in Walgreen store for 20 minutes, then went back to counter, that lady said she is quite busy, my prescription is not ready yet, she told me she will refill immediately, so I just sit in the chair next to counter where she can absolutely see I was waiting there. Then after 1 hour waiting (I think I was patient enough with understanding she is busy or I was silly kind to her which I should not be), I checked with her, she told me it was not going to be refilled today and they were going to take off from the day. This was ridiculous, that lady staff can see I was waiting there, if she can not refill for me today, should she tell me instead ignoring me? I will say that's cheating and without any responsibility. I wasted one hour without my prescription refilled. She was not respecting people's time. I will say millions of "No" to this pharmacy, it was not only terrible, but also ignore their customer. If I can give no star, I. will. But I realized I have to select one star to post my review. If you care about your time, don't go there.

I am upset with Walgreens return policy and I will not purchase anything from there again until they fix there return policy. I purchased an item at Walgreens and I went to return the item they would not give return my money on my debit/credit card in which I paid they only would give me a gift card. At least could have put the money back on my card. Horrible Walgreens
