I wanted to get a flu shot and a Covid booster and my wife had a great experience with Walgreens so I made an appointment, too. As I worked through the web site, the closest Walgreens that is gave me an option for was store#7622 at 2606 E Ash Street; Goldsboro, NC even though there is another store much closer to me and is the one my wife went to. I had the appointment for 10:15 AM on 9/16. It says arrive 15 minutes early and I arrived 30 minutes early and looked around the store for a few minutes. I already had my form filled out and was ready to go. I went to the counter and was told I would need to fill out a 2nd form since I was going to have 2 shots (although my wife wasn't required to) and to sit down and they would be with me shortly. 35 minutes later....which is 20 minutes past my appointment time....after watching the staff furiously look for 2 different prescriptions that showed filled but were mis filed....I asked for my Covid record card back and left. No, "I'm sorry" or "You're next" or anything just an "OK." If they can't find prescriptions that they have already filled, what confidence do I have in what is in the syringe they are sticking into my arm. No thanks. I won't be in that store again.

I picked up a partial prescription because the had an insufficient quantity. Par for the course, I have requested the remainder and they bungled it with the insurance company and called it an early order. It was turned down. I have had many problems before, sometimes ending up in their parking lot for up to two hours going back and forth between the insurance company, my doctor, and them. It’s less than a mile from my home which is why I am still going there. Time to go in tomorrow and pitch a fit. SOB’s

If I could give less that 1 star!! Took me 3 times to get the online order to go through properly. Then my order, which I had paid for, just disappeared. Customer service is just like, well now most of the items you ordered are out of stock. Want what's left or a refund? Nope. Done with Walgreens Online ordering.

Walgreens needs a zero rating they don't even deserve a 0.1 rating. Worst service ever. Poor customer service. I'm not driving 50 miles to pick up a partial (5 pills) then come back 3 days later for rest of prescription. Insane! Prior to that my prescription wasn't filled waited in line for an hr then to tell me computer crashed the night before and to come back the next day for 5 pills (partial)!

I just stop by and bought few items at the Walgreens located at 77-105 Bloomfield Ave located in Bloomfield NJ. I understand Nj laws has change to bring your own bags to store going forward. But so far a few Walgreens has been generous to provide you with a paper bag. Unfortunately at this Walgreens there is this bad STIGMA when it comes to people of color. The older white male cashier is never friendly he looks at people of color like we are here to steal and when I ask for a bag it was a quick attitude MAKE SURE YOU BRING YOUR OWN BAG! Unfortunately he is not the only one as there a few Latin white hispanic employees who share the same view as him. This store location has never change even when it was Rite Aid same RACIST STIGMA! No need to worry I won’t be shopping here.

Lucky Pharmacy has closed it's doors and transfered to Walgreens. Unfortunately Walgreens can't seem to get it together. I've had nothing but problems since day one. They've held up prescriptions telling me I needed pre-authorization when in fact I don't. Then they tell me I have to pay $25 (even though my deductible was met in August) for my anti-depressant. They say I can't get it filled until 9/27 when I had my last one filled 8/4. I've been completely out for the last 9 days. I shouldn't have to pay anything until January 2023! I'm very concerned that when it comes time to fill my other psych meds, along with other necessary meds they'll hold those up as well. I'm 75 years old and take meds that are important for keeping me alive and relatively healthy. As soon as I pick up the meds they have filled I won't do anymore business with them. They're incompetent and rude!

My doctor wired over my script on Monday morning. Stopped in late Monday afternoon, was told if I care to wait, they will have it ready in 10 minutes. I said I would just stop back. Went back Tuesday morning, again, I was told I can wait 10 minutes and they will have it ready for me. Mid afternoon went back, but this time I was told if I could wait 20 minutes, they would have it ready. I again said I would stop back. Hopefully this time they will be able to pull their heads out of their a$$e$. Now it is Wednesday morning, nothing!

Law quality service The bathroom is so filthy like a piggy bathroom I have a video I can send you! I’m referring to Walgreens on Hallandale beach Boulevard next to Publix NE 12th
