Worst customer service! Hiring people who have no idea what they are doing

I recently moved from Virginia to Massachusetts. I changed pharmacy from Walmart to Walgreens. The liberal phony elites obviously run this company as well. The attitude of most employees is awful. The system does not operate well. The pharmacists are rude as well. Their understaffed most of the time. The incompetence is obvious enough that I dont feel comfortable with what they dispense. My advise to all is get out of this company for your prescription needs. I did that today and fell much better.

I had no idea Walgreens pharmacist knows better than my dr. If Walgreens doesn't agree with a prescription the doctor wrote the just deny u the medicine. Will NOT ever use or promote this drug store if you can call it that. It's just more liberal crap!!

Ever since Rite Aid turned into Walgreens it’s been a disaster. The pharmacist is the rudest person I’ve ever seen. Today was the last time I’ve been lied to and talked to like I’m a red headed step child. I drove through the drive thru at 3pm. They said my doctor didn’t call anything in. So I called my doctor. He said he called in at 12pm. So I go inside and the pharmacist from hell starts yelling at me about insurance. This is an on going thing with her. On all these one star ratings Walgreens must no care. I don’t need the rudest pharmacist. I have other choices. Walgreens you better wake up. Pharmacy is where you make money. Nobody buys your overpriced items. If Walgreens does care about customers do something about your bad pharmacist. The one I’m talking about is Rural Hall NC. You know she’s working because her broom is parked out back.

I have been having trouble with the pharmacy dept.,not filing my insurance like it should be done.they always tell me to check with the ins.co.and when I do the ins. Co.says they don't what they are talking about.I am being over charged by the pharmacy for my meds and they should be investigated.it is the walgreen s in Elizabethtown NC.I have changed pharmacy and have no trouble with them .

Well when I looked at the reviews and see 80% BAD and you all still don’t do anything about it that says a lot! This Walgreens was a Rite aid last year and ever since they changed this has turned into the most awful pharmacy and drug store in town. 1) All the shopping carts have dissapeared not one. So if i need a case of water I can’t buy it there. The guy at the counter doesn’t mind but it’s only one person. There’s a line so I don’t want other people to have to wait. 2). Pharmacy. I am in line right now with 15 people behind me at 4:27. This is horrible. there’s only one cashier that i can see working at the Pharmacy counter. they close an hour for lunch now. This wait is terrible. they closed the drop off window. WHY?? Some people just need to ask a question. or drop off. Now we just have one window for everything. I’m so true of these lines and just slow slow slow slow slow service! I’ve gone without my medication sometimes because i go there at South Capital in Washington, D.c. and I leave because of the lines like today. I came back 2 hours later. still long line. Your company needs to addrsss this! Not professional Not good! If i went to Virginia across the bridge. they rarely have these problems. They have grocery carts! Don’t treat us like we are the ghetto and not care that we don’t have services!!!! We pay our money and we live in this community just like they do in Virginia. Do something!!!

Chronically understaffed pharmacy Good luck trying to get them on the phone. I was on hold for 30 minutes before the system just hung up on me with "there's no mailbox for who you're trying to reach". The drive up window is just as useless. There's always a line, and each car take AT LEAST 5 minutes. If you need your meds and have any other choice than walgreens, go there.

Seems every prescription has a delay.
