Anytime I go to the uniontown store I am greeted by a smile and an offer to help me. I have all my prescriptions filled at the pharmacy and am treated with kindness and respect. The last visit an employee named Dakota was extremely helpful and attentive. I'm very happy with my treatment and service. Also, the store was very clean and well organized. Thank you ! Debbie

I was in store #4864 for a FedEx pick-up. I was greeted by cashier Brenda Ann Smiley as I walked into the store and asked how she could help me. I let her know I had a FedEx pick-up and she told me she would help me as soon as she completed the transaction she was completing. Kudos to store manager Fatimah - the store was very clean and appeared organized. If I had had more time, I would have happily done some basic shopping.

I went to get my flu shot from Venus and her level of professional care was very professional and immaculate very fast and great technique I highly recommend her services as well as the Walgreens by South Dixie Highway I myself work in the healthcare profession for a long time and she’s one of the good ones

Just wanted to say how thoughtful Diane was in getting my prescription sorted out! A computer glitch erased my insurance info and Diane took the time to research and restore my info, and had the courtesy of calling me back quickly to let me know it was all resolved! Big Thank You! to Diane at Walgreens at 1759 Hylan Blvd in Staten Island NY! Great customer service!

Do not go to Walgreens for passport photos if you want to look nice. I went to the Walgreens on tidewater drive and East Bayview Avenue in Norfolk. Customer customer service was excellent but photos were horrible. Walgreens does not have up-to-date software for passport photos so they're still telling you that you have to put your hair behind your ear your hair behind your face and no smiling. What the hell? I called immigration to check on the specifics for passport photo and they told me you can wear your hair anyway you want and you can smile. I look like a tired angry woman in my photo. Very very disappointed with Walgreens. Get new software.

This rating is for the assistance I received from a Walgreens manager at the Austell location (4120 Austell Rd) and not necessarily for the store itself. On July 28th, I went to the Walgreens in Mableton to purchase some at home Covid tests. They did not have the more affordable brands and so I ended up buying them (2) at $23.99 each. However, when I went to Target, I was able to purchase them for $9.99 each. As a result, I went the Austell location to return them, as it was closer to me at the time. During the process, I was asked by the associate if I wanted it back on my debit card, I answered yes but then was quickly told that she was unable to do so and she proceeded to give me a store card. I asked if this could be reversed and she said no; I suspect she had made a mistake. I even tried to speak with a manager but he also said nothing could be done. Unsatisfied, I called Walgreens customer service and put in a complaint. I received a call from Lenzi (a Walgreens manager for this Austell location) a few days later (August 1st). At first, she said it would be difficult to do, but she still spent countless time trying to find the best solution i.e. return my money to me as I had initially wanted. In the end, after a lot of back and forth, Lenzi was able to do what others had told me could not be done. I just want to recognize and applaud her for great customer service. Instead of taking the easy way out (saying it couldn't be done without at least looking into the matter), she took her time to see how best she could assist me. I hope to encounter more managers like Lenzi. Thank you again for all your help!

I had in the past written very bad reviews due to customer service, Today Thanks to the hard work and great help I found the first CSR that is worth changing my review, She exceeded my expectations with by the way I was already expecting the worst service but for the first time I walked out of that Pharmacy very pleased thanks to Stephanie Pharmacy Technician this store being the one on 800 N. Zaragosa and North Loop, I recommend have her train what comes naturally for Her to the other team members. Thank You again Stephanie.
