I made an appointment for a flu shot but when I arrived, I was told that appointments don't matter. I would have to wait in line behind all of the walk-ins. So why even take appointments? Not a good look! South Riding VA location.

What's the use of making a vaccine appointment when walk-ins get priority ?? Went for my appointment on 107th and Indian School in Avondale Arizona. They told me it's an hour wait ? So why bother making an appointment if Walgreens can't honor it ?

I arrived needing a medication urgently and was told it would be ready in a few hours. I enrolled in their texting service to be notified of when it was ready. The medication wasn’t ready for over 24 hours, and I never received a text. Good thing my condition wasn’t actually life-threatening! The person who waited on me was pleasant and polite, and seemed completely unaware of the poor service they were providing.

These drugstore are convenient to have around the corners but not all of them have good managers that can handle the lines and they always look under staff… that’s the only thing I don’t like.

Every month there is always an issue getting my meds. They are always out of stock on one or two of my medicines monthly. I asked the pharmacist why over a year ago when the meds were new, she told me that they would always be available after continuous ordering of 3 months. The information on their web site is inaccurate at times. i.e. it stated that a technical issue "needs attention". I called and it was because they were out of stock. My other medicine on the same page stated "no action needed", out of stock, ordering more. Different messages for the same problem. I depend on my medicines and I can not rely on them to have them in stock.

I have received several seasonal flu vaccines at my neighborhood Walgreens. I went there today and waited for about an hour for my vaccine after it was advertised on television that they were available there. I was ready to leave when my name was called. I did receive my flu shot and the person who administered it was great and totally competent and personable. My issue is not with the people who are so ridiculously busy and overworked, but with the processes and procedures which I'm sure are corporate initiated. I found myself sitting among many masked and unmasked people waiting for services including other masked and unmasked folks requesting Covid tests. It is a very small and congested waiting area with no social distancing. This does not engender confidence that proper infection control procedures are bring observed. You could do better for your very committed employees and your clients.

Walgreens is rapidly declining into a ghetto class business. Might be ok for prescriptions if you don't mind a 20-30 minute wait in line for a simple pickup. Grocery section FULL of expired items. Milk 3 weeks past date on jug, bubbling over in the refrigerator case from souring. Mindless 20-something employees without a clue. This all at the Galvin Road location in Bellevue, NE

Went to Walgreens to pick up script in plainwell ,mi Was told that the Pharmacy was closed from 1:30 pm tell 2:30 for lunch. When I asked why I was told that we have to have lunch, I asked do you not rotate lunches so you can service customers. They said it has been said it had been doing this for the last year. I don’t recall on the store hours that the pharmacy will be closed in the middle of the day? !
