I just moved to the area and Walgreens in Mt. Zion Illinois is awful. I showed up everyday for a week to pick up my medicine to be told it isn't ready yet. They were not medications out of stock either. By Thursday, I was told to give them 4 hours. When I walked why it had taken 4 days, I was told if I didn't like it, I could switch pharmacies. So I cane back at 5pm on Friday and it still wasn't ready. I asked to speak to a manager who stated they get side tracked a lot. But he had my stuff ready in 30 minutes. Good grief. Bye bye walgreens

Been waiting in the pharmacy drive up line 45 minutes. Walgreens in e Hampden Denver. Still waiting.

Went to get my flu shot at the Birmingham, Michigan location, which I registered for online with an appointment time, and the pharmacy staff was difficult and rude. They required additional information, so I had to go home and get the information, then they proceeded to put me in the back of the line. I spent an hour waiting for the vaccine, which should have taken only a few minutes. I won't ever get another vaccine at Walgreens again. I never had this type of service at Rite Aid when I went for my Covid-19 booster vaccine.

Shame on Walgreens for buying into the lie Claritin is passing off. You are selling Claritin Reditabs 24 hour box of 30 for adults $27.99. And then selling THE SAME EXACT THING for Juniors for $23.99, just in a different box! And, the junior version (same exact ingredients and amount in box) gives you $5 off rewards IF you buy 2 or more, BUT, you only had one box of the junior left and your manager won’t sell me THE SAME EXACT ITEM FEOM THE ADULT SECTION!!!

I decided to use the Walgreen's on Parker and Lincoln in Parker, CO, Fed ex for delivery of a case of wine as I was not going to be home to sign for the delivery. When I went to pick it up, the DAY it was delivered, they were unable to find the package. The manager, on duty that day, said he recalled seeing the box as it has the wine company logo on the outside. I went back the next day as he suggested and again, it was not in the store. The Fed ex investigation showed that the box was GPS located TWICE on the day of delivery IN that store. After a week of investigation, Fed ex deemed the package "lost". It is clear to me that someone in the employ of the store walked out with my wine. Beware, no one took any responsibility or made any effort to find my wine. This store is incredibly dishonest!

I had a very bad customer care experience yesterday with Walgreens 136th Ave San Leandro. I had an appointment for the FLU shot for 10 am. I was stuck in another appointment somewhere so I got to this Walgreen store at 10:30 am. I met only one customer at the counter who left when I got there. I waited for about 10 minutes, got checked in, I apologized to the Filipo guy with the earring, for being late because I was stuck in another appointment. Calling them would have been a waste of time for it is always a long hold time on the phone. He gave my papers to lady pharmacist N. They purposely made me wait for one and a half one hour before they attended to me. After I got the flu shot, I asked for the flu record from pharmacist N. She said she would go and get it. I waited another 20 minutes just for the record. This store is the one I have been using for 2 years and have always been on time for my appointments except yesterday. It was not crazy hours the time I was there yesterday. I could tell they purposely made me wait as a punishment despite apologizing. I feel so bad and disappointed.

This place is incapable of holding to schedule times for vaccination. They have no way of printing the vaccine paperwork so filling out the paperwork online is useless. Don't come here for your vaccines!

So every week a pharmacy has a sale on Cola. Walgreens is THE ONLY ONE that has a limit on how may at sale price. Pepsi this week was 3 for 9.99. So I load A cart full walk past the clerk several times looking for other items. At the check out the same clerk says Pepsi is limit of 3 for the sale price ‼️ So I put them all back in the pile along with 56 dollars worth of other items went to RITE AID got the same deal but was able to buy 9 with no worries. If it’s on sale What difference dies it make how many I buy. BYE WALGREENS.
