Went to Walgreens on Independence and Hardesty on November 13 at 9:45. I asked one of the employees if I could use the restroom she had to ask a manager with short black hair she acted like she didn't want me to use it she made an excuse they was cleaning it. I said I'll wait she then said it will be a while. This manager always acts like she's better then anyone. I know this because I had made a complaint on her to another store manager they need to worry about keeping their store clean on the inside and outside. The outside got drug activity people harrasing customers for money prostitution going on in their parking lot not worry about a paying custoner

Engañan a las personas mayores…
They deceive older people (elderly people) by charging twice for the same products. My aunt went to the Walgreens in Camuy, Puerto Rico the day before yesterday, the cashier charged her $30.00 for the products. my aunt paid with a card, the cashier told her that the card was rejected without knowing that the system (who controls it), she charged her twice for the same products. Yesterday we went to claim said error and they never attended us nor did they help us properly and that the fault is not the employees, but the system, knowing that they and the Walgreens companies are the ones who control the system they implemented. My advice to Walgreens is that if you want a good reputation and not go bankrupt, don't cheat the elderly, as that is considered theft and dishonor on their part. Be honest because honesty and trustworthiness brings excellent blessings.

Stole My Money!!
My purchase was $1.23 at store #6215 @ 2:24PM. I provided the cashier with #2.00. The cashier only had 1 penny left to create change and turned to the older/senior/manager person behind the counter who then indicated to the cashier NOT to give pennies. I only received $.75 cents in change when it should have been $.77 cents. The amount is not a big deal. That the manager decided to STEAL MY MONEY rather than giving me too much change is why I am writing this review. To top things off, I wasn't provided a receipt and when I went to complete the online survey for the transaction, it had already been used!! I am quite disturbed that a) the manager chose to steal from the customer rather than short the register and b) use the survey code to prevent a complaint and cover up his actions and choices. Thankfully, this hasn't happened to me before here and I hope it never happens again for anyone.

Extortionate prices
Extortionate prices. I was gobsmacked at what they charge when in Las Vegas. Absolutely a rip off. I brought a single banana for $1 but never got anything else. I would have rather starved than pay their over inflated prices.
Shocking !!

App is awful compared to CVS
App is awful compared to CVS! Had reward money but no one in the store said you can’t use it until it equals $1 or more. Spent 15 min at the checkout before a mgr revealed the problem. No wonder I don’t like shopping there!

Very Poor Customer service
My wife and I went to the Walgreens on Rt19 & Darlington store #12318. She was treated very rudely and given false information. They were so loud that they embarrassed her in front of everyone in the store. She has been going there for 3 years. An Indian woman and a Chinese woman manager told her that the DEA does not allow out of state prescriptions to be filled at that store for her. They told her she needs to get a local doctor within 60 miles of this store. Nothing changed in 3 years, same prescriptions. They kept referring to the DEA when they should be referring to the FDA. These prescriptions are 100% legal.
Two days later the manager of the store called and repeated the same thing. They will not fill her out of state prescriptions. Why was there not any notice sent to us before this? I've seen racism before and the way she was treated in the store and on the phone confirms it. We will never set foot in that store again. I will cancel my prescriptions as well. This is totally ridiculous and I know nothing will be done by this company.

STORE LOCATION 7304 Louetta Springs Tx #07599 Rude/inept customer service
STORE LOCATION; Wallgreen 7304 Louetta Rd, Spring tx 77379 281-379-1317 #07599
11/5/22 Around 3:00pm I entered the store to purchase B&L eye wash. A tag was posted in front of the item mentioning a $3 coupon. I proceeded to checkout and mentioned this to the check out clerk .
Cashier Rashell stated that the coupon was on line. Initially she guided me log me to the site, but quits her shift before I am able to successfully log in. I spend about 15 minutes going round in circles trying to log in on my phone. The site keeps asking me to verify, never letting me in it does not accept my verification code. (
I ask to speak with the manager.
Manager Frederik: Come from the back and says, “oh yes, we have been having trouble with the site for 3 days. “I can’t help you, I can’t give you discount. He leaves.
I ask another the other employee Harsan to help me with the Walgreen link, or provide me a number to the headquarters, but he says he cannot help because he does not know how it works.
I find a number on the Walgreen site and call 877-250-5823 and speak with Darlene. She asks to verify my story with one of the Walgreen employees. The 3 employees (including Rashall who is off duty but still there purchasing some items) are socializing with each other joking around ignoring my request. I put the phone on the speaker and ask them to speak with Darlene. They initially ignore the request, but they eventually verify there is a 3-dollar coupon for this product of which I wanted to purchase 3. The 3 employees immediately proceed to again socialize with each other. Darlene hears their conversation and apologizes for the inconvenience.
Darlene assists me and provides me a discount.
Once completed, I mention to Harsan they were not helpful. I ask him the manager’s name, and he says it is Frederick. I again ask to speak with Frederick since I feel it is my duty to file a complaint.
He takes several minutes to come from the back. Meanwhile, I witness a customer return for sunglasses that he purchased that were not placed in the bag, and another customer being overcharged for some candy bars, of which he had the burden to prove the error.
Finally, the manager Frederik approaches me with his lanyard tucked in his shirt. I suppose this was him name tag. I express my discontent with the situation and ask for his employee number. I look for his name tag, but do not see it. He pulls out his hand and says he will not provide me any information and commands me to leave the store.
I have lived in this area nearly 30 years and have never witness such rudeness, apathy, and ineptness. I would like to file the following complaints:
1. An employee quits his shift in the middle of assisting a costumer
2. The employee leads the costumer astray assuming he/she will receive the coupon, yet the link is not working at that time and 30 minutes are lost
3. The employees are socializing without helping the customer
4. The manager does not have his name tag visible
5. The manager is rude and insulting, raising his voice when the costumer was professional throughout the process.
I now understand why this branch only has such few stars. I feel it is my duty to file this complaint to spare anyone else from experiencing this. It would behoove this branch to assess its employees, and possibly educate them on proper customer service
