It took pharmacy more than 3 hours to fill a simple script that comes prepackaged. In fact, it wasn’t filled until my husband showed to pick it up. This wasn’t the first time for us. I’m changing to a new pharmacy without doubt and will recommend the same to my friends and patients.

Walgreens in Brattleboro Vermont is the worst. Very disorganized and incompetent. These are terrible experiences waiting in line 10 - 15 mins. I hate Walgreens.

Walgreens in 3000 Church Avenue has really turned to the worst. Suddenly they don't accept Unitedhealthcare when they were on the list to accept. Workers have no knowledge on how take insurance. They lock up items and make people wait ten minutes or longer for customer service to unlock items. They make people with timed appointments wait on line to be served instead of accepting the appointment time assigned. Some workers lack skills to speak with well manors. Lack ethics training.

Let me just start by saying that I've been a Walgreens customer for decades a very loyal Walgreens customer. Unfortunately today Black Friday November 25th 2022 I walked into your store on 15301 Mississippi to pick up a few items before I returned home. I had selected my items got what I needed along with my 2 out of town guests who were visiting, and also in the store. We gathered ourselves and our things together and walked towards the front to check out. When we arrived at the checkout counter they're probably about four or five people in line in front of us. We stood and waited patiently for about 7 to 10 minutes. Before I started complaining about my hands and my body hurting because I did not grab a basket on my way in. While we're standing in line all of this time and one Walgreens person out of the four of them in the front of the store is waiting on customers the other female in the front of the store was so busy stocking cigarettes she did not stop to wait on any of the clients, or acknowledge anyone in line. All the customers are POC . But only myself and my guests are black. Her stocking and not serving customers of course, made our wait much longer. So I begin to say things like it would be nice if someone else could help her ( the employee ringing up c customers)because I had seen the manager and another store employee walk out look at the line at least twice and return to the back to hideout and NOT wait on customers. On his second trip to return to the back room of the store, with a line that is now about eight people waiting for this one cashier,my out of town guest decided to say to the manager hey you know it would be nice if you could possibly get a second cashier up here to shorten this line. He did some hemming and Hawing before he finally returned to the back of the photo counter to wait on clients. He waited on my two out of town guests first. When I get to the counter I said something to him about the lidocaine dry spray not being the price that it's marked on the shelf. He decides to tell me at this point you know what I've heard you talking and complaining while you were standing in line and I'm not going to wait on you you can leave my store! At which point I'm of course flabbergasted and repeat myself about needing the price that is marked on the shelf not the price that is on the register he then begins to raise his voice at me telling me(now shouting) that I can leave his store and that he's not going to wait on me he does not have to. His name was Michael a white male I don't know what the rest of his face look like because he was wearing a Santa hat and a medical mask. He then begins raising his voice even louder trying to embarrass me in an attempt to get me to leave the store which I do. This is why I'm writing to you today to let you know if this incident in your store and the poor management and racist practices they established being that I was the only black female in the store that he was talking to this way. The other black females that had entered the store for whatever reason had left before checking out and the other two were my out of town guests. I wanted you to know this before I send the same copy to your corporate offices. But I am highly irritated, and flabbergasted not to mention insulted at the racist practices delivered by your store employee/manager ewas his name is Michael. Thank you

Made online appointments for flu and shingles vaccines. Once arrived (including helping my wheelchair bound husband), there was a long line. By the time we made it to the front of the line, we were late for the scheduled appointment. They wouldn't give us both our shots because they were going to lunch in 20 minutes. Since when does 3 shots take 20 minutes? I tried to go to the front of the line and they ignored me when I went up there. I am so frustrated after going to the bother of helping my 86 year old husband out of the house to get this accomplished and then not getting what I signed up to get.

Pharmacist accidentally injected AIR instead of the covid vaccination into a patient at the Carrollton, GA store # 07820. This happened in January 2022.

As a physician I’m astonishes that this pharmacy is still in business. People give them a 1 start because they can go to cero. The main reason what they are still around is because the multiple and convenient locations. Pharmacist are not motivated to help patients or doctors for that matter. Every time I’m writing a prescription for one patient always expect a complication. They do not check voice mails, pharmacist always in bad mood and helpless. Last patient need a medication to be start on a Thursday and can’t wait any longer, they gave the patient the phone numbers of other Walgreens to make the call themself but not prior to Monday. Doctors we don’t close on weekends, we don’t close hospitals, we don’t postponed emergency surgeries. We answer our answering services. We care about patients. For Walgreens are just clients. So unacceptable.
