7338 dixie location, a continuation from last month. Pain meds due sat last month, profile locked at a closed store couldn't get my meds til that mon. Again due today and told mon, have spoke with walgreens multiple times this week. No one called me nothing, I snapped this is their mess up I'm getting penalized for their mistake. Called corporate haven't heard nothin, been with them since my adult children were babies. I'm transferring all my shuff elsewhere. They act like they drs, I have talked to my dr and he knows what's going on. Terrible service, smart ass workers, no professionalism what so ever. I deserve better for my faithful years. Got treated like nothing

Went to the Walgreens Pharmacy at 6000 Coors Blvd NW for a booster shot. Had made an appointment online. I waited 30 minutes before someone helped me. A young girl checked the computer said I wasn’t on the online list, so she dismissed me said to go to the Walgreens on10236 Coors Bypass NW they were taking walk-ins. So I went there, again another young girl in Pharmacy told me they had a lot of people waiting and I would have to wait 45 minutes. No one was in line or waiting. Again I was dismissed. I’m an elderly person and they have no compassion or empathy. What has happened to our customer service? Maybe they need to have a class on compassion and GOOD customer service. Walgreens pharmacy has dropped the ball so many times. I was finally accommodated at the NMDOH.

Location: 22114 Bulverde Road, San Antonio, Texas 78259 This pharmacy location is one of the very worst. Medications are never correct, they don't communicate when your prescription is ready or on order because they are out of stock. The entire pharmacy staff always look frazzled, and reactive instead of calm and prepared. Most of the personalities there are quite dismissive and far beyond friendly. I wish that the turn over rate would stop, but I'm sure no one wants to work there. It's sad to see how much customer service is depleted from this location. Maybe it's time to clear out the old and bring in some people who would enjoy working in that capacity. It's been going down hill for the past 5 years at the very least and I would change locations, but why do I need to be inconvenienced because my insurance company elected Walgreens instead of CVS??? Get it together people!

This afternoon the pharmacist on duty at the walgreens at 104 E Euclid ave Des Moines IA refuse to fill my spouse legitimate prescription even though pharmacists in the state of Iowa have a duty to fill a patient prescription. My spouse suffers from anxiety when she flies and she had her cardiologist give her a written prescription with scan code and DEA number clearly stated. Needless to say, we will be taking our business to walmart from now on....

Went through the drive through to pick up a prescription that was called in ahead of time. Waited 45 minutes because the lazy staff would prefer to let cars sit in drive through rather than tell them to come back in 30 minutes while we fill your prescription. I hope for future visits the plan on installing a gas pump while I wait. It’s been 1 hour now and still waiting. Walgreens is by far the worst managed pharmacy in Florida.

I placed an order for pickup because I was sick this was at walgreens on lincolnway goshen,IN. I normally get my items here and I didn't get a printed receipt which I usually get and the manager tells me I can't get one. So not only did I have to get out of my car and go inside the store but because of him people might get sick. Really don't understand who this manager because I hadn't seen him before but his obviously not doing his job correctly.

Never notified that my online pickup was ready for me to pick up. Three very common off-the-shelf items. Shoots the online statement that orders ready in as little as 30 minutes all to hell. And when I tracked down my order the clerk was like “All well, it’s our system at fault”. No apologies. It was like TS.
