For some bizarre reason they don’t refill prescriptions that are and always were automatic. When you call in you are left on hold for hours and then you get a message they’re gone to lunch and to call back. When you call back later in the day we go to the same ordeal. I’m still on hold! This is my last day dealing with this Horrific customer service!

I am done with this pharmacy. Incompetence at its finest, they always mess my order up or process orders wrong and often charge me twice. I reached my end today when they called me to notify me that my prescription payment wasn't going through..... duh I already paid for it 2 days ago and it was supposed to be delivered a day ago. So they issued a refund to my card and was trying to take the money out again and my bank blocked them. This makes absolutely no sense and I am done with this crappy excuse for a pharmacy.

Myself and my family will never shop at the Catskill, ny Walgreens, all the store associates treat you a criminal. They always follow you around the store,like you going to steal something. I know if at least 200 people also that will shop here again for these reasons, nor mention when you want to cash out, they make you wait for well over 10 to 15 minutes or more. The Walgreens company should do something about this at once,or you lose even more customers.

I go to Walgreens because of the convenience but actually talking to someone in the pharmacy on the phone is ridiculous. They pick up and hang up. On hold for over an hour Everytime. Today I drove from my work to the pharmacy on hold for over 27 minutes. Get a new system. This isn’t working.

Walgreens at mowry fremont, ca. Had appt for Covid19 booster. Still waited more than 1 hour. They were very short of hands. Pharmacist had to help regular work then find time to give injection. They can simply to hire an LVN to do vaccine.

Complaint!! They avoid filling orders for Doctors from Hood River/The Dalles < why? Their business sucks and characters are KKK !! Old ppl are rude !! Lovers and been in a life threatening situation that requires me to use my meds ! ! They lied to Rite AID 97058!! One prescription written or sent over but they did not send both and with instructions so they’re lacking responsibility and professionalism. They should be shut down and sued immediately as long with Rite Aid for lying to me Friday they had both can get it ready in a half hour lied to me again they got one medication ready right now but they had to put through again without the other medication that’s life-threatening. Wow save my life they don’t. What’s wrong with it!!?

Walgreens price to fill my prescription for a generic drug was nearly $1000 when other pharmacies could fill the prescription for $17. I attempted to transfer the prescription to another pharmacy. Walgreens refused to transfer the prescription. The only reason given was that it was company policy. I had to go back to my doctor, have the prescription at Walgreens cancelled, and have a new prescription sent to the more reasonable pharmacy. All of this was very inconvenient for me and for the doctor and took a long time to complete. Thank goodness the prescription was not something I needed right away. This incident gives the strong impression that Walgreen is holding hostage medication people need for their health. That seems shameful to me. To make matters worse, when I was ordering the medication, I first attempted to order it online. The Walgreens web site wanted me to provide my credit card to be charged without telling me how much the prescription would cost! We don't have insurance for this. Had I been foolish enough to click submit we'd be out nearly $1000. What kind of a company won't tell you how much something will cost before you buy. I feel like I'm dealing with some sort of criminal organization. Stay far away from Walgreens.

30 years of wading through, miscommunications with all involved, total incompetence, boastful refusals from pharmacist who don't honor doctor and insurance.co. request. You finally wore us down! Walgreen corporation is a mess. Folks there is better out there! We found it one block away...thousands of dollars saying bye bye Walgreens for ALL of our needs.
