Walgreens continues to mess up prescriptions. Went on their app after receiving notice to renew prescriptions. Which I did. 24 hrs later recieved notice unable to renew, insurance issue not resolved. Called my health insurance pharmacy to find out what issue is....none my health insurance pharmacy issued my prescription and stated they have numerous calls with people using walgreens. Glad I called to find out what was going on...and it was no copay, no cost. Everytime I pick up from walgreens...they try to charge a copay and insurance says they're no copay...walgreens s is charging. Fed regulators and insurance board need to investigate!!!

If I could rate 0 stars I would. TERRIBLE pharmacy. Walgreens Pharmacy at 1065 Duluth Highway, Lawrenceville, GA 30043 is absolutely THE WORST. I have been shopping there and getting my prescriptions filled at this pharmacy for over 7 years and I just experienced the worst service ever. The young female pharmacy assistant with over exaggerated contouring on her face was as personable as a brick wall. She was RUDE, condescending, and had an entitled attitude. I am moving ALL of my business, patronage, and money away from Walgreens.

Walgreens pharmacy on Taft Rd in N. Syracuse, NY has terrible customer service, as well as many store “system breakdowns” that make it impossible to get RXs phoned, filled, or picked up. They are often behind in fillings scripts and have suggested you return later in the day. Our insurance requires we use Walgreens, so we moved our RXs to Walgreens in Mattydale, who appear to very helpful, have very professional staff and have gone out their way to be helpful

Walgreens Pharmacy on 56th & Byron Center in Grandville has the worst customer service. My doctor sends in scrip yet days later Walgreens still doesn’t have it ready. I come back 4 hours later still not ready. This happens month after month. After using Walgreens for years I’m going to change pharmacies! I’ve had it.

I scheduled a vaccination over a week ago. Showed up 15 minutes early, and one of the techs stated in a rude and unprofessional tone, “we don’t have that vaccine and don’t expect it anytime soon.” I showed them the appointment, and she then mumbled hiding her face behind the monitor, “well someone should have called you.” I told her obviously no one called or text me anything, so how can she help me find a location. She continued to say, “I don’t know where else you can go”, then proceeded to walk away. I was livid. This Walgreens has continued to hire, rude, unprofessional and incompetent people!! I mean these workers are filling prescriptions and giving shots! First time, and will never go to a Walgreens! Ever!

Negative 1 1 star is too much! I just looked and noticed my RX pick up was not complete. I arrived after 8pm and the store was empty. The Pharmacy assistant asked my name and went to the bin. I have had 2 RX refilled monthly for over 2 years. I assumed everything was fine. Well, I only was given 1 of 2 Rx's. If the pharmacy was busy I would say this is fine. But they weren't. I asked the assistant to also add my card for easy express pay and she could not assist me. I have been disappointed with the customer care at Walgreens for awhile. I just kept ignoring it. Today, I decided Goodbye Walgreens!

My prescription is at Walgreens I asked to have it refilled and two days later I was told there was a problem with it. I then called another Walgreens and they informed me there was no pharmacist at my usual store but they will have to order it and it would be in Monday. Wasn’t in Monday or Tuesday I switched pharmacies and got it. Very poor service. Now I am just switching all medications.

The pharmacy has either bad management, not enough employees, or both. As a Senior citizen it is really tough to wait in line 45 minutes or more to get prescriptions. I had to return home without my antibiotics. Still waiting after 3 hours. The girl in the pharmacy said I couldn't get mine because they had 180 prescriptions to fill. Not my fault. Hire more people.
