So far I've waited 7 hours for a general antibiotic prescrption. I've called numerous times and no one answers the phone....after 30 minutes I get frustrated and hang up. Have been on hold an hour now. When I go through their ARU it just says they're working on it. I called their competitor around the corner, Walmart, and got a living, breathing pharmasy person on the phone in 30 second. They would be happy to take my prescription from Walgreens but need to call them to get it transferred....BUT WALGREENS IN FOREST LAKE MINNESOTA DOESN'T ANSWER THEY PHONE. Nothing can be done...so I will be having the Dr issue a new script to Walmart tomorrow (I was supposed to start it today) and will cancel all my auto-refill scripts with Walgreens and transferring them to Walmart. Do not use this pharmacy....you'll just be frustrated beyond belief. With all the completition these days with Walmart, CVS and other, no need to put up with this terrible customer service. Bye Walgreens, I predict you'll be the next Kmart...and wondering how it went south.

Walgreens York ave. Edina, MN Last night I called Walgreens to talk to the pharmacist about ordering new medication for 90-day supplies. Walgreens claims that I bought two Rx when I only got one supply of pills this is the pharmacist's mistake. When talking to the pharmacist they were rude and crude as they didn't want to do anything with my order and were telling me what to do. I said to the pharmacist that they need to contact my doctor's office to fax them back for an okay for the process they said to go somewhere else and then I hung up on the Walgreens pharmacist. Today I went to transfer to another Pharmacy in a store that took care of things right away. I will not recommend Walgreens to anyone I know. No wonder my cousin didn't like working at Walgreens... Just to note that I transfer to another Pharmacy as they refill my prescription with no questions asked. It was simple and easy. Sounds like Walgreens is a lazy and unsupported store.

Pharmacy Manager "Makenzi" was rude, arrogant, and ignorant all at the same time both in person and on the phone. If I was his boss I would fire him. I did not pick up the online order, and will never go into a Walgreens again. It would have been faster and easier to provide quality customer service. Also, doing some research on my own, it appears Walgreens cannot fill prescriptions for Anthem BC/BS at this time. The so called Manager should have just told me this. And no, I did not need to go to CVS or get a CVS prescription card. I took my card and went back to Rite Aide with no issues. Horrible customer service especially form someone that is a manager.

Walgreens on Bell Street in Amarillo Texas I will not ever shop there any longer!! Trying to get a prescription taken care of and they are not any help! I was on hold for over an hour and I am not exaggerating one bit!! They told me I had to call my prescription carrier myself they do not have time! I had to call them several times holding forever and they would ask if it was somebody else I would say no they would put me on hold for longer!! Terrible customer service!! Do not shop at Walgreens on Bell Street Amarillo Texas!!

I get email notifications to renew a scrip and also when it is ready for pick up. Frequently I have to call because a scrip appears to not be filled after 3 days. Why should I have to call to check when I have the email set up? This last time, the pharmacy clerk told me that I 'can always call' and was very rude when I said 'why should I have to? Everything is in the system!' If my insurance allowed me to use a different pharmacy I would drop Walgreens in a heartbeat. Complaints to corporate fall on deaf ears.

On Monday morning I called in a renewal. I have two renewals left. The recording said the script would be ready on Tuesday by 11. It is now Tuesday and it is 10:30. I was told it would be a while before the script is ready because they have been busy! Busy for 24 hours to have a machine count out 90 pills, print a label and stop in a bottle!!!! Give me a break

Walgreens 100 Broadway Elmwood park, Nj 07407. This store is filled with dangerous staff members. The manager, Jamal/Jamall Biggs and the floating pharmacist, Tamisha Charles-Cacho. The manager is recorded (audio) making false statements to law enforcement and he made up an out panfish story about me- a disabled woman in my 40s with two young children with me. He lied and said I threatened to physically assault the 10 employees there and yelled at my small children and me in front of customers. Common sense would tell mentally stable people that a disabled 5 ft 2 woman and my 2 young children would never try to engage in a physical altercation against ten people (or anyone for that matter). The assistant manager (she claims her name is storm) is recorded saying she did not hear anything of the sort regarding what the manager lied about me saying. I called today to find out a few names that I didn’t get yesterday and she claimed she heard nothing but that’s fine because she’s recorded the whole time. Please do not go to this store and put yourselves in harms way. The only people that were intimidated and threatened were my young children and me. They are in for a huge lawsuit to pay for the damages they caused my children and me. They now need intense daily therapy for ptsd and so do I. These people do not belong in any customer service role and the manager belongs in prison for what he did. I beg you all to save yourself the trouble and protect your safety by not using this pharmacy or the store. They removed my last review but I have all the evidence on my daughter’s phone so they can try their best to hide or deny their crimes but they’re in for a rude awakening once they’re in court and hearing themselves lying on audio recording.
