Wish I could give -0 for the Walgreens on Main and Oak in Vineland NJ Incompetence and the Disregard they treat their Customers. I waited One Hour Fourty Two Minutes for someone to answer my Call in regards to my Perscription....which I was told it would be ready at 1:00 then I was told the Pharmacist would complete it after Lunch , Next told 300 to 330...Lastly I was told My Medication would Not be in stock till Mid March a Month Away....This was WRONG...I told him thats the other liquid form and he said they are both out of stock till Mid March...I Called Walmart to confirm and was right Walmart said it indeed was in stock Walgreen was wrong and they are transferring all my Medications to Walmart now....The Person at Wallgreens said they are backed up lack of techs and 200 orders on their counter...Now you have 199.....DONT GO TO WALGREENS ON OAK AND MAIN IN VINELAND !!!!

today I went to a local Walgreens. I won't name the store because the issue is apparently company policy on returns. I was returning one item for $25, had the receipt and wasn't asking for cash, just a credit back to my card. The clerk asked for my ID so she could scan it! My gut didn't want to do it but I wanted my return. So sheep that I am I let it be scanned. It bothered me so much after I left that I went back in and talked to a manager who said it was corporate policy for returns over a certain amount. $25! They now have my name, address, DL # and birthday in their system along with my credit card. What a fool I was to not follow my gut. I hope this doesn't come back to bite me. In my opinion this is tantamount to identity theft ... I informed them I would no longer shop at any Walgreen's ,not that they care

A lady pharmacists in the back very rude. Acted like I was put her out when I ask her a question about some Medicine over the counter. She had a frown on her face Wasn't very pleasant lady ive been a customed for over fifteen years i'm not gonna put up with it. The Gilcrease walgreens Prices are outrageously high shouldn't have to deal with it.

Went to walgreens on Essen in Baton rouge. Employee Latoya was so ugly said no you don't have a refill Our app confirms we did. She said we are about to go to lunch and proced to close. She was so ugly and unprofessional. As a Human Resources manager myself i would have fired my employee She needs to be written up

Took an rx in to fill. I have insurance but had also good rx coupon for 8.57. went back 2 days later to pick up. nothing on my profile.rx not filled.reason- I had no.insurance. price they quoted was 29.99. I took rx back and left.

After waiting 18 minutes in line finally got my prescription horrible experience. They have three people working inside. And can only handle one customer for every five minutes.

Today I ordered some items on-line from Walgreens. One of the items was a Reese's Valentine's Day Hearts Pack for $6.99. I thought it was 12 ounces. But when I picked up the order much to my surprise it was 1.2 ounces. What? The name was in BIG BLACK BOLD letters, but the size was so small it looked like 12 ounces.

Walgreens credit card processing times aren't the 24 hours it can take days before they take the money out of your bank accountsetting you up for insufficient funds...and there customer service reps are condescending and rude and do nothing to help fix the situation. Do not get the credit card!!! It is set up for your failure I wish I never did any business with them. It says 24 hours to process your funds and it's been 2 days and nothing!!! And yhey have messed up my credit score that I have been desperately trying to improve.
