The pharmacist at Walgreens 45549 HWY 27, Davenport FL 33897 is a very unprofessional and rude person. This pharmacy is been changing staff who do not doing well and professional job. Always leaving costumers with out medication.

They canceled part of my online order after pending for 4 days. They were very rude and kept disconnecting me from chat, even before the order canceled. I'm pulling all orders from them for our factory, and that's over 100 orders per year.

The chat representative named Ashleigh W. Seems like she doesn’t even know what is she doing and the terms and conditions of Walgreens. Why even working if it just wasted my time. And no respect she just end the chat without saying anything! I’m missing $10 in points and for shutting the chat service just no respect!

My spouse has COPD. His daily meds are very important. The Rhinelaner Wisconsin store continuously messes up his prescriptions. Instead of working with him to resolve the shortage in his prescriptions the pharmacist basically told him he was stupid and hung up on him. Seriously, at this point we will be going to a different pharmacy & with customer service attitudes like we have encountered it’s no wonder Walgreen stores are closing.

SO much went wrong. Tried calling multiple times - always on hold for OVER 35 minutes and never got a person. Seriously?? Can't update anything online. What is the matter with them? Never want to go back here.

Telefono colmo super pésimo doy menos -0 Fue el dia 14 febrero en foto con una señorita en la tarde como 4 pm y vi descolgado tel por eso uno pasa mucho esperando atiendan y no habia ningun cliente en fila, pregunte por memoria grabar solo precio me dijeron y no estaba persona que lo hace y sabe de eso. No capacitan a todos?? Y vi que telefono estaba descolgado !!! Recibo medina en 6st todos meses, espero medicina a veces 40 mts y no me prestan baño, y muy serios si haces pregunta.. telefono es super pésimo, soy una persona dificulta caminar vivo 8st vivo sola. Y necesito ir me cambiare a otra farmacia que esta cerca tambien gracias a los hacen bien su trabajo. Y los haraganes aprecien tienen trabajo y estan sanos. Si es que leen comentarios !!! Tambien ..
