GOOD NEWS! you can find it at maynardville @walgreens! tonight i went to pick up my meds (one is life-saving) and meds for my 75 y/o mum. emails & texts stated they were ready plus i called 2.5 hours earlier to add one more script. i was told ALL OF THEM were ready and waiting and the script i was calling for would be ready within two hours. an email arrived stating it was ready after one hour. when i arrived, NOTHING was ready and two scripts were sent to another location almost 40 miles away. i became frustrated. i'm almost out of gas and own just enough money to pick up the scripts. "without this i die," i repeated. the girl at the window, i'd never seen before. the old and frightened-looking woman behind her, same. then a crew cut woman wearing an interesting t-shirt came to the window. the tee was a black pro-fascist "thin blue line" shirt. i expressed my frustration and her reply was she would not help me. she waked away. i yelled "what about my mother's prescriptions?!" but there was nobody at the window. "i'll call my attorney and sue the (CENSORED) outta you!" she soon returned to the window and told me if i did not calm down she would not give me my mom's scripts. i told her, "you will not tell me how to feel or what to do. just give me my mom's meds!" then miss piggy went to the phone and made a call. i decided not to wait around for the drama she needed to act out, projecting her own self-hatred upon a man trying to care for his old mum while keeping himself alive. i am not sorry for being intolerant of incompetence expressed with arrogance. this person displayed a bitter lack of integrity while wearing a pro-fascist tee shirt at her public job. how is this acceptable, #walgreens? are you pro-fascist, too? it could've been, "hold on and i'll get that right away?" THAT has happened before. so has, "can you pull up and meet us inside so we can help the people behind you?" no problem. not tonight. only arrogance, blame and aggression. i've been a customer for over two years at this location, my mom, much longer. your hate-filled and incompetent employee completely (CENSORED) her over tonight. but your employee would rather cause a scene and hurt as many people as possible than do her job and help those people. american police killed 1192 citizens last year. almost 900 of those were calls in which no crime was committed. i'm just sitting at a walgreens drive-through for ten minutes because competence and integrity are missing. now i'm primed to get shot in the face because your employee's bile-spewing destructiveness is allowed. all european police combined killed less than 100 citizens last year. europe's entire population is 748,900,000. that's 418,000,000 MORE than the population of the usa. yet, european cops killed less than 100 citizens. usa police killed almost 1200 citizens. research this yourself and prove me wrong. i didn't wait around for the fascist fashion show nightmare to have me hassled because she lacks the integrity needed to admit a mistake while a half-dozen cars wait behind me. how selfish her hatred. who knows what those folks in line me are going through. but miss amerikkka didn't care. it's all about her. as i left the drive-through and drove a few blocks, two police suvs flew past in the other direction with lights flashing as if they were going to a double homicide. i may be angry when faced with neofeudal mindsets and the associated stupidity but that doesn't mean a customer AND HIS ELDERLY MOTHER should be screwed over by incompetents looking to deflect blame by starting trouble instead of handling it like professionals. when i arrived home, i contacted my attorney, doing as i promised your traitorous nazi to sue the (CENSORED) outta her and all of you. watch. What is not wrong with them. They hire some these people who are rude on the phone and they expect to thank them at the end. So after they have given the information , there is a pause from them as thought they did a favor. I have my prescriptions filled at Harris Teeter. Due to my recent move by another stupid company Express Scripts , I had to chose these toxic companies, either one of these CVS or Walgreens. total crap. Not sure how they are in business...

Walgreens Pharmacy in North College Hill, Ohio has got to one one of the worst. The store is usually in disarray, but the employees are helpful. The pharmacy is the worst. They email, text, phone about prescriptions which are not needed to the point of being harassment. When I asked them to fix it they turned off all messages so I don't know if script is ready. They have over charged me several times. I catch them on it and make them re-bill. This time the pharmacist was disrespectful to me and the associate helping me. Said it was up to me to find out the price from my insurance. I complained about her on their website and was told to talk to her boss. He defended her and told me not to return. I have complained about them not finding scripts when they are ready, so I have to return, not having enough staff for the number of customers, and the pharmacists being rude. They haven't done anything. Only one of them is decent and I don't see him there anymore. I have also complained to corporate. Waiting to hear from them.

By far the worst and mean WORST customer service from the bad attitude workers at the Walgreens pharmacy in Harker Heights Texas!!! Esch and everytime I get my prescription there they people seem mad or bothered!!! The “ONLY” reason I get this one particular medication there is cause it’s cheaper!!! If you don’t like your job go back to being unemployed or Popeyes chicken!!!!

I was new to Medicare Advantage and presented my new insurance card when filling a new prescription. I thought it would cost something less than $30 so was surprised when told it would be $104.89. I shared my thought with the clerk and asked them to check again. They took a minute or so and then told be that the $104.89 was right. Unfortunately I just let it go until 90 days later when refilling the same prescription cost me just $18. I raised the issue with the Walgreens clerk and was told that too much time had passed for them to remedy at the store and that I should contact their corporate site online. I filed a complaint on line and was happy when they told me they had resolved the problem and that I should expect to get a refund check within 6 to 8 weeks. Sadly what I got 8 weeks later was a letter from Walgreens corporate telling me that I needed to file a claim with my insurance company. Very frustrated at this point I tried contacting Walgreens again and have heard nothing for over a month. I've decided it wasn't worth the hassle but while this Walgreens store on Strickland avenue in Raleigh NC is the most convenient pharmacy for me I cannot use Walgreens any longer because poor service has to have consequences.

bought A1C test kit that has 2 tests. 1st test was ok but 2nd test showed error msg. called, emailed all docs pertaining and asked to send me a replacement all docs n details only to be told to send it again and last call was they could not send replacement ! this is poor quality stuff failing for the 2nd time - previous purchase had similar issue !
