Never have prescription ready. Never staffed properly. Lines are ridiculous. Take your business to king Soopers.

Bad bad service. I had to try a purchase made in Florida during my vacation. It was a wheel tranport chair. I tried using it at one of the parks In Florida, did not handle the terrain well, but thought it would be OK elsewhere. Tried using is a winery, did not do well there, tried using on our way home to delaware, it too did not handle easily, my husband tried to walk with it and it was very unstable. So when we got hone we decided to take it to our local Walgreens to return, since we gave it a try everywhere. Well to my surprise the nasty lady in the store said, well you can just come back.on Monday, ad I will refuse to return that here in this store. She was the worst customer service representative you could possibly ask for. I tried taking it back to the Walgreens 17239 Five Points Square, Lewes, DE 19958 Rory and his manager were nasty and need to be fired. Just like any chain, I should be able to return this item with a receipt to any store in the United States. I gave this purchase many trys to.make it work and it did not. I want my money back as I have my receipt without a fight. Please advise and fire those terrible people who do not care about you as company. Asap.

If you need a pain med, do not fill it at Walgreens on BV Road and Amethyst in Victorville. I have been on Ativan for about twenty years for insomnia and I was prescribed Norco for a completely detached rotator cuff, left shoulder, Walgreen's refilled it in June 2022. But when I needed it for surgery on my feet in December 2022, I got the runaround. First, the pharmacist wouldn’t fill it because I was on Ativan, then it was because I had more than one doctor so he talked my surgeon into giving me Meloxicam which my primary had prescribed ages ago and I was unable to take. My surgery was postponed due to Covid and rescheduled for this February. My surgeon reordered the antibiotics and Norco and again, the Norco was held up. The pharmacist said it couldn’t be filled because of Ativan and he would get back to me. I heard nothing. Two weeks later on the day of surgery, I called the pharmacy and was told he couldn’t fill it because the doctor had sent it by fax instead of electronic transfer but for some reason, he could fill the previous script from December for a 7-day instead of the present10-day supply so I accepted that. When I called my doctor to report the fax error, they said they had sent it by electronic transfer as with all their narcotic meds.

Since Walgreens is banning abortion pills, and is not willing to stand up for women, and our health, I will no longer be a customer! I would never support a company that doesn’t support woman!

Boycotting Walgreens for refusing to sell abortion medication. You are part of the problem and we will vote with our wallets. Will go to CVS instead.

I wish the pharmacy could stop treating addicts who are on MAT to stay sober and treating them like they are getting oxytocin ect. So awful ❕

what they put on sale is not available in their stores in maryland or dc .then they heard about rewards from cvs ,safeway,giant and other big companies but the biggest difference between walgreen rewards and any other reward is you decide how and when to use your rewards every where else except those poor walgreens who like to decide your own reward when and how to use it. sorry walgreens that's why you loosing you customers .
