The one in Huntington Beach on Brookhurst Street has great customer service, but the one in Fountain Valley on Harbor is awful. Got there ten minutes before closing, told the "manager" exactly what I needed. He sent me to the wrong aisle. I then asked for help and he said, "We close in three minutes." I asked him to look it up and he just bum rushed me out the door. He does not care about the customers. I told him the customer service was bad. He then stared out the door at me to my car. Totally rude, awful experience. I would walk the miles to go to the HB store rather than deal with the people here again.

Walgreens will hold your medication hostage. They pick and choose when you get your medicine, even if insurance will cover It on that date. They tell you they treat a non narcotic medication as if it's a narcotic. They make their own rules and you either deal with it, or move to a different pharmacy. They Will lie and say insurance is not covering it yet. They offer 10 day early refills so you don't ever run out of meds, but then they tell you they don't do that unless they choose to.

Why leave a review when nothing changes? The pharmacy never knows anything they will call or text to say my medication is ready, when I get there, the medication is not ready. Or they can't find it, Now a longer wait. The manager always apologized but it keeps happening. The security officer (whenever he is there)is always on his phone so he doesn't see the white guy walked in stole a bottle of ginger ale put it under his shirt and walked out the door, then his buddy came in grabbed more items and walked right back out the door. It’s always 2 people in that entire house that can't help the customers with anything. I'm so done with that store.

Here's my review on Walgreens pharmacy it sucks they do not care about you there's a new pharmacy there every time you go I suggest you find a local pharmacist who cares genuinely cares about you and your medicine that you take and will help you in any way they can because Walgreens will not they just point the finger at each other because it doesn't matter they won't be there next time you come so my advice drop Walgreen pharmacy the store is fine but the pharmacy sucks too many fly by night as they call floaters work there

Two things. First, just a suspicion. I have several meds I take daily and generally refill at the same time, a 30 day supply of each. Several times one med had run out up to a week before the other. I don't think the pill counters are paying close attention. Second, I am at a drive through window. The line hasn't moved in 27 minutes. Really curious what the heck is going on up there, but this isn't the first time.

I'm so disgusted that they are not sticking up for women's reproductive rights. I have been a loyal customer my whole life. But no more. I moved my prescription to Walmart who by the way does support women's reproductive rights. I won't be running into Walgreens any more for this and that. There's CVS, Walmart, Target and others to choose from.

I have always gone to Walgreens....but the last few times I have been mislead by the advertising....The signs say one thing but when you go to the counter the discount always has "rules" that were not on the sign....I always catch sale prices not ringing up also. The manager was nice and agreed but said that was a problem frequently there. I wrote customer service. .but didn't get response... I was only shorted 5 dollars but it is principle.....I will be using Amazon or cvs from now on.

Computer called and said my medications were waiting. Upon arrival the order was NOT waiting. Returned two days later to get my order. This has happened three (3) times in the last 6 weeks. Plus one of the orders was the WRONG prescription. Once a month I receive a check from Walgreens for 0.28 cents. When asked about this strange check NO ONE can give me a answer or speak in intelligent English. If these problems are not addressed soon, my business with you will terminate.
