Pharmacy at 14004 WALSINGHAM RD in Largo, FL. Has/is the worse customer service. The tech’s have no knowledge. Telling patients the have to call dr for sensitive med’s when the rx was already faxed to them. Then you find out the pharmacist hasn’t filled it. You call back they tell you when it will be available, time&day. You go into store & get a tech telling you that it’s not ready & you have to call dr. Frustrated you finally argue with him& her only to find out, “oh it hasn’t been filled yet. He talks to pharmacist & comes back & says it’ll be ready in 20 minutes. You already have them 4 hrs past the time they said it was ready. Sitting & waiting several customers are getting same response. It appears they are engaged in casual conversation & would rather chase customers away. In fact, 4 wks ago a tech at two diff Walgreens said they could take keep up with winter visitors. Doesn’t look like they hire enough ppl, nor do they educate them. Walgreens used to be above other pharmacy’s but not anymore. No stars for this pharmacy. They have room for much improvement. Tried to place review on Walgreens website & that doesn’t even work. Pathetic.

Walgreens is the worse!! I was tested positive for strep I had high fevers for 2 days waiting my prescription to be ready!! They pushing back back the pick up time I decided to change store and then my order show like in progress for a full day. 3 days with the antibiotic I need!! I call the doctors office and they send it to rite aid and they already working on it and told me to get pick up by 2! They need to hire more people or something! There’s always lines inside and out in the drive thru! Just awful!

Worst unorganized poorly managed company ever I fired their worthless azzes! I don't know how they stay in business! I should of fired them like 3 years ago!

I spent 10 minutes in drive thru, with no one in front of me. Looking in the window, with a great view from my truck. I didn't see any pharmacist, usually there are 4 or 5. Today ? Not one ! After 10 minutes, appears a pharmacist. And a woman steps up to the inside counter. The pharmacist was obviously in the middle of a transaction. After she was done with that customer, she came to the window to help me. I asked if she was working by herself ? She snapped a quick no, and what can I do for you. My prescription was ready, and she then asked for the last 4 of my phone number. But I could not hear her well. And asked her to repeat the question. She snapped again as if I was bothering her. She put my things in the drawer and that was it. No thank you, nothing ! Just rude and disrespectful. So after I got home, I remembered thar I needed to change my address in their system. I was going to do this at the drive thru. But she distracted me with her attitude. So I call, when I got home. And waited 25 minutes on hold. After the automated system told me there were 2 callers in front of me. Well, I have never seen a pharmacist on the phone with anyone for more than 5 minutes. I was on hold for 25 divide that in half. So yeah I call bs, just wasted 25 minutes on hold and 10 in the drive thru. That's 35 minutes of my time to be disrespected, all in one day. Since Rite Aide sold to Walgreens ? I have not had one even reasonable visit or phone interaction. 30 years with Rite Aide, and I had one problem in all those years. With Walgreens, it's every single time. I am taking my business elsewhere, enough is enough.

Spent 10 minutes at ck stand trying to add app for a $2 discount. App went on forever, at end did not send code. So paid Your high price,. Again. Done with You... LP

I wait between half to an hour in line every time I need to pick up my prescriptions. There is always one person tending the counter and the drive through window. Today’s experience was the last straw. I made an appointment for a vaccination. I stood in line for 45 minutes and when I finally reached the counter, the cashier tells me they run out of this vaccine. Obviously they knew I was coming since it was a scheduled appointment, so why did I not receive a notification about this? I wasted 45 minutes waiting. I am definitely taking my business to CVS which is right across the street.

Walgreens in Dunedin Clearwater has adopted the “conversion” scam for foreigners whereby when paying by card you can pay in American dollars or have your purchase “converted “ into Canadian dollars. Problem is they only give about 50 cents on the dollar. That’s about a 25% ripoff for the Canadian currency. Thanks Walgreens

I call in my prescriptions a day ahead of time and I go the next day & they do not have them filled. They say they are busy so if I had of picked them up last evening like I said I would they would not have been ready. I personally do not care. I live 30 min away & it stresses me greatly.
