Multiple goofy texts, emails, and voicemail messages...scripts are ready for pickup when they've already been picked up, delayed when it's ready, ready when it's delayed, 30 days when should be, 90 days when should be 30. Incredibly long wait time mmand won't even make eye content certainly no greeting. Summary: Understaffed, overworked, underpaid, incompetent, rude, and awful! Asks for date of experience with no option to say many many.

The wait time to get your already filled med is 20 minutes. To call and talk to someone from the pharmacy 1 hour. They don't call you if they are out of stock of your med and their prices are ridiculous. The website always has technical issues and the store to store server is always done. The CEO needs to be fired

Hire people with a GED or high school diploma. I was very surprised that our local NC walgreen employers are so desperate that they let employees with no higher education push their drugs in the pharmacy. I believe that is TOTALLY ILLEGAL. Letting your supervisor take that Pharmacy Technical test so the drugs make it out of the store is sad. This is not something new. They say they do a background check at hiring, this is not so. I believe that if this was true, they would ask for proof of education. Lawsuits can bring attention to this dangerous situation.

They refuse to accept responsibility for a shipment that they lost NOT ME. These were prescription meds. What a pathetic group They want me chase FEdX Not my job I didn't ship them. Obviously I fired them

You claim to be “for the community” but my parents left your store without their medications because YOU said the instructions were incorrect. Never mind they have taken the same medication for 10+ years and know how to take it. Now the weekend is here and they are without medication.

I booked an online appt. to receive a Moderna bivalent booster that they advertise on their website. I got an appointment and confirmation number. When I arrived at 45 minutes in traffic, I was told at the window that Walgreens home office had not "given the OK to dispense the vaccine." How bad is that. Terrible organization. Tom Burkholder, MD

I just left Walgreens on Fort Apache / Sahara in Las Vegas. There were no carts, so I asked the checker if they move them somewhere else. his response was, no we only have one at the store, and evidently someone is using it. LOLOLOLL if Wallgreens wants people to buy more than a couple items they might want to buy some carts For me, I’m heading to CVS. They have lots of carts.
