I've been in line at the drive through pharmacy for over 30 minutes. This is the longest wait to date. Usually 20 plus minutes. This is total freaking horse crap. Get it together. Midway and US1 Ft. Pierce FL 34982

Rude employee at the pharmacy. I waited 40 minutes in the line to pick up my medication. When I complain to the cashier about the big line instead of giving my an apology for the wait she told me that if I didn't like it to go somewhere else. So I'm definitely taking my prescription to another pharmacy. This is how they treat the customers with a bad attitude and very rude.

I arrived for my shingrix vaccine and was told the refrigerator failed which included my vaccine. I totally understand and felt badly but the customer service that followed at that Pharmacy and another Walgreens I tried was horrible. No attempt to help me find another appointment, nastiness in their tone and words, no understanding that it sounds weird they can look at appointments to know they are booked but can't let me know of upcoming openings? Apparently stores can't see that and customers have to go online. As a routine matter I understand they can't do that, but as an exception for a person with a scheduled appointment? I'm done with Walgreens until their staff learn how to talk to customers and they remedy providing better access to the stores to their online system. I'm sticking with CVS for all my pharmacy needs.

I would love to know why after 5 weeks my meds are still not in stock. No one can give you an answer. I ran out and ended up in ER with terrible withdrawal. Thank God I am here to complain about this. No accountability at all.

Takes way too much time to check in for a vaccine appointment. Ditto, picking up an Rx seems to need an act of Congress. Customers stand around while employees do data entry. What exactly is all of this data entry about. Seems that the IT dept. has made everything far more complicated than necessary. There are too many keystrokes! The customer is then told that forms completed on line are incomplete. This is not true. The form can not ask if you are ill on the date that the vaccination is scheduled bc you filled it out before the appointment! Like all good corporations, Walgreens blames the customer for the absence of data that cannot be provided. Walgreens processes need to be streamlined. I am tired of wasting my time with their nonsense data entry. Unfortunately, Walgreens has no incentive to improve.....

Walgreens has a new prescription policy. So it doesn't matter if you have been a (patient?) or customer for over 30 years. Too much work for the pharmacist to do the work required to qualify the new "red flag" that came up on my script. My Dr is outside the 50 mile radius for Walgreens policy. I have been taking the same medicine for 20 years. Same Dr for 34 years. Walgreens has been filling it for 20 years. So bottom line, they told me find another pharmacy or get a new doctor. Walgreens in Hernando Fl treated me like a drug addict. But hey they still want to fill my other medicines prescribed by the same doctor. Read the room Walgreens pharmacist. Know your customer. Do the leg work required to take care of our needs. The pharmacist should not be telling me I have to have extreme cancer for her to ignore the one flag even though I meet the other 7 requirements to fill my monthly medication. Shame! Do better.

It was in the evening and I had a dental emergency and had to be home so I couldn't go to the store. I did an online order that specifically stated my order would be delivered within two hours. I placed my order within the time frame stated. Within ten minutes of placing my order I get a text from Walgreens saying "sorry your order is now arriving 9:45am tomorrow".... SUCH HORRIBLE LIES and TERRIBLE SERVICE. I will never order again from Walgreens because they are totally misleading. The only other time I ordered online from them was a year or so ago and they just screwed up my entire order and left things off that they said were in stock. I didn't learn, but I learned this time. I have been such a faithful customer of this company for so many years. Totally disheartening.

If I could give the pharmacy zero star rating I would. I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service to the point that even the store manager hung up on me because she didn’t want to listen to my concerns. I’ve basically called the pharmacy since 9 AM to only keep getting put on hold or hung up on over and over again. I must’ve called over 10 times. This is not the first time I’ve had this issue with them as the same thing happened to me two days ago. I suffer from my nerves and I wish that upon no one it’s a nightmare to first get your prescription and then get Walgreens to fill it. It’s pretty obvious I will be leaving Wegreens and wanted to save everyone a really bad experience Save yourself the nightmare and go somewhere else at least where the store manager has some kind of work ethic!!!!
