The pharmacist and pharmacy staff at the store located on N Wickham and Interlaken in Melbourne Fl are exceptional. They are knowledgeable, helpful with wonderful attitudes. They all go above and beyond to be helpful. Its a joy to do business with this staff. 100% better than the previous employees.

Since I wrote the last review , Walgreen’s manager took time to correct their mistake which was to charge me $81 for a flu shot. The manager finally figured out how to charge Medicare. I don’t think this would have happened if I had not spoken to her, but she stepped up to rectify a problem .

Today my husband and I were at Walgreens in Westover, WV. We had the pleasure of meeting Leah! When we had an issue with a coupon she went above and beyond to not only fix the problem but we received a little bonus for our time! I was so impressed by her concern to make sure we left happy!

Walgreens in my community is a lot better than CVS in the way they treat people. Walgreens staff is humane and very understanding. They seems to know their customers and make us feel as human beings. CVS on the opposite runs like a big corp where customers are a dollar sign. CVS operates very impersonal and greedy pushing for medicines we don't need. To have Walgreens in my community is a blessing!

I went to the Walgreens at 501 Sheridan St in Hollywood Fl for some pictures to be made from my phone. A young gentleman whose name is Givendy was extremely helpful to me. He was well mannered, polite and very knowledgeable about his job. He was patient with me as I went through my phone to show him which pictures I needed. He helped me sign up on the Walgreens app and showed me how to work it. I think it is wonderful when a store has such attentive employees! He made my day so much brighter. In fact every one of the employees at this store keep me feeling like a valued customer!
