Very aggravated with Walgreens right now. I am Diabetic and take insulin daily. 2 months ago my Dr. Upped my daily dose and it was sent in to the pharmacy. They filled the prescription correctly BUT neglected to cancel out the old prescription. Since they love to do “auto fill” they filled the old prescription and billed my insurance for the less amount. This is not the first time they have messed this up. They have done this in the past. Walgreens needs to clear out old prescriptions if they are going to use Auto Fill so they are constantly updated. The pharmacist was rude on the start telling me I was wrong about how many units I used per day??? Really…? Finally she found the right prescription and now she has to get a correction from the insurance to refill the rest of it. Oh and all of this after being on hold for almost an hour! They need to do better!

very messy, not organized, too many theft, shelves are a dissarray, prices don't always match merchandise on shelf, bathrooms are a mess, not enough people to help you if you have questions.

Beware if you are a vet, Walgreens pharmacy will not allow you to get a discount for prescription even if you pay cash or use something like GoodRX. I had to pay almost $150 for three prescriptions that I would have to pay only #34 with GoodRX. WHAT A SCAM!!!

Walgreens free flu shots advertisement is not really free. Please read the fine prints in their website as they don’t place the fine prints in the ads at the store. It’s only free with some insurance. If you are going to bill my insurance how is it free. Please be ethical and honest in what you state and advertise in drawing people to your location.

My wife & I went to Walgreens at the START of The Pandemic for our Covid-19 shots and yes, while they gave us the little CDC card the store doesn’t haven’t in their system for reference and proof that it was done. My next vaccine and boosters are on record for myself but nothing for my wife. So if we loose the card we have no record? When I walked in for my flu shot I pointed this BIG discrepancy to the staff and they said I needed to call each store. I have been now on hold with 2 calls ahead of me still for 20 minutes. Cannot believe a large nationwide chain is so lax on record keeping.

I scheduled an appointment online for 4 shots. There was no issue with it online. When I showed up, on time, I was told that I could not get 4 vaccinations in one day because of health reasons. I noticed that while I was driving to Walgreens, I received a voicemail stating that I could get 2 vaccinations at 9:30, the other 2 from 10-4 the same day. I also had to pay a copay for the flu shot, the pharmacist said it would be free if I went somewhere else but he did not know where. I agreed to pay. I understand employees being stressed out, people not showing up, insurance being difficult to work with, but why be so condescending to customers? 3 of 4 of the employees behind the counter chose to argue with me about the conflicting info. The only silent one was the person who left the voicemail. If there was a mistake, I would have completely understood, but the way it was explained to me in such an aggressive tone was uncalled for. I remember a previous time this happened at the same location over a drive thru Covid test. I never raised my voice only questioned why the voicemail conflicted with what I was told. But it was apparent even before this that Getting my vaccines was not something that they were happy to do. 15 minutes after the scheduled appt., I received 2 vaccines. I was glad to get out of there and I will not be going back to our local Walgreens in the future. One more thing, why is the online app not keep track of all vaccines. In the past, I always go to Walgreens yet when I look at my account, only some are on there. Just frustrating. Glen Carbon, Il

Created an account. Tried to schedule Covid and Flu shots. Picked a date and time. Was told my profile was not complete. Checked profile. It was complete. Tried to return and get the same date and time but it was not available. If you need to schedule a shot appointment, do it as a 'guest" or you're screwed. Stupid web site!!

#6204 site in Sandy Springs, Ga needs better training or replacement of operations manager. Recent conversation with such person found poor communication skills with customer service , spoke rapidly, unclear with information and did not appreciate my questions. The reason for the conversation was wrong address, doctor name etc. on my. prescription, despite repeated corrections….previously. Will change as cannot depend on employee competence.
